I would describe the inn as a successful pub with rooms for guests. The restaurant staff take care of the incoming guests. They are very helpful. It is near the Leeds-Bradford airport, but has a rural feel. They do a day-long pub business on Sunday with family-style food, and the place is very popular with the locals. I enjoyed my stay. I also had a huge bathroom which was nice. I would return there if I was in the area. all reviews »
We were welcomed immediately on arrival by friendly staff. Our room was spacious, clean and very impressive. There was plenty of information about the hotel, restaurant and local attractions available in the room. We ate in the restaurant and were very impressed by both the standard of food and service. The Calverley Arms provided a level of service rarely found in some hotels charging three times their rates. We'll be back!.
We thought this hotel was a little gem! It's beautifully located,
the rooms are surprisingly big for the price, it's clean, the staff
are very friendly and helpful and the breakfast is good too. I had the
continental breakfast which was included but my husband was very
satisfied with the full English he paid extra for. We've booked
again for this week!.
We chose this hotel because it was convenient for our trip to visit the family Our room was spacious and clean with a huge bathroom We ate in the restaurant & found the food excellent with a good choice of menu During our stay the domestic & restaurant staff were very helpful & cheerful.
I actually expected a pub, but this place was more like a country retreat. Nice surroundings, great bar and restaurant, staff really friendly. Rooms were very nice, plenty of space with clean modern fittings. Excellent value for money in my opinion.
When you enter this hotel you enter in a common room of how it used to be in the days of yore. For a weekend break this already gives a relaxing feeling.

The location, the building and the room. the evening meal was good but as we had an early flight from Leeds/Bradford we could't try the breakfast. We intend to come back for a weekend in Yorkshire and will certainly book you again.
The rooms were very spacious which was great as we were travelling with kids. Very clean throughout and a peaceful night was had by all. The staff were helpful and friendly. Would recommend to family and friends :-).
Massive bedroom, very comfy bed, beautiful hotel and restaurant, VERY friendly staff. Open fireplace, SO COSY!! Plenty of choice for breakfast, as much as you can eat! Felt like home but in luxurious surroundings.
Liked 12 noon check out, full marks for that!! Liked continental breakfast included in the price and the option to buy full English. Liked staff, very very very good service, nothing too much trouble at all.
We like how friendly all the staff were , how clean the bed and bathrooms were . The food in the restaurant was lovely and reasonably priced . Good for the kids too . Good variety of food and drinks .
The hotel and staff were very pleasant. The meal in the restaurant was very nice. The continental breakfast was normal. The room was quiet and comfortable. The bathroom in our room as nice and large.
There is nothing at all to dislike, for a good pub grub establishment
with 15 rooms at a reasonable price in a good location for Leeds,
Bradford and near the Yorkshire Dales it is good value.

Turned up very late - staff waited for my arrival. Can't comment on food or drink etc. but hotel looked attractive inside and outside.

We had a decent sized room which was clean. Tea and coffee was provided with plenty of tea bags, sugars etc. Security was good and the pub food on offer was well done.
They were not very good at responding promptly to emails. I had questions about how to get there.

The noise from the road- room 14 was closest to it and was woken several
