This was an excellent place to stay in Cornwall and really cheap for the standard of accommodation outside peak times. Very close to St Merryn and Padstow both of which have brilliant places to eat. The Villa has on site Londis convenient store which has everything you need.
Delightful, restful, helpful staff when required. A few days here

the location was brilliant because of it being near to the beaches padstow, newquay was only a 20 min drive. the villa itself was really nice spacious, clean, modern we even paid for an extra night.
Value for money when compared to other options for a family of five in Cornwall, easy access (we explored both North and South Cornwall during our five days there), cleanliness, comfortable.
The villa was lovely, very clean and comfortable, with everything you would need . Shop and bar/restaurant on site.

The villa was a good size for a weekend trip and it was clean and had
good facilities including a dishwasher. The onsite shop and clubhouse
were very useful.

In our villa, one half of the kitchen seemed to not have power. We tried for an hour (and failed) to locate how to turn on the dish washer.
The locks for the back door were really hard to re-lock.
We haven't seen anyone from the staff until the last day which make it hard if you need to contact them for some reason.
It was just a little out in the country and you would need to use taxis if you were going out for a meal and a drink.
Very hot, and no stair gate, but to be fair probably could have had one if we requested one.
No staff on site to meet/greet or say farewells.

No soap, washing up liquid and never did find reception.
More than 3miles from Padstow, too far to walk as no footpaths to walk along.

Holiday park facilities were a bit run down.
The beds were quite small, so if you're over 6ft you may hang off
the end! Also some of the fixtures and furniture were a bit tatty, and
some lightbulbs were blown and not replaced before we got there.
No soap, toiletries. No spare toilet rolls or bin bags.
Booking details were not clear as to how to access the property after reception had closed.
