They were very helpful. After I was there for three hours I discovered the toilet did not work. They moved me to another room immediately. Two days later the ceiling caved in during the night because of the water from the air conditioner. Immediately they moved me to another room. - Jack

The modern design of the rooms, control over the heat, comfort of bed,the location (near park and ride so there was easy access to thecenter), size of room, option to order omelette for breakfast ratherthan eat buffet eggs - Anonymous
