My girlfriend and I had a superb 3 night day despite the poor weather! Glen the owner made us feel most welcome and he also cooks a fantastic breakfast! The room was very clean and the bed very comfortable. I have to say I find it hard to pick a fault with this place and wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. Also perfect location for beach and shops. All in all a great place to stay.
glen the owner was very friendly and knowledgeable. the breakfast was excellent from a full English with cereal and toast to any combination, nothing was too much trouble.
our room was a small double with an en-suite, it was adequate for our needs. Glen changed the towels and cleaned our room daily.all reviews »
Glyn, the owner, was very likeable and friendly. The breakfast was excellent. The Trevellis is centrally located to the town and the beautiful beaches. I would definitely recommend to my friends and family as we thought it a great base to explore North Cornwall.
Very comfortable and clean Hostelrie. Fine linens and the standard of
decor is to be commended. Glynn the Host was very helpful and affable.

i liked everything about the holiday, the place i stayed and the places i saw, boardmasters was on too that week so it was an added bonus to watch the sports / competitions.
Loved the friendly owners, super clean. Lovely nights sleep. Good English breakfast. So close to the surf. Centre of town. Easy parking at this time of year.

We had a single room and I would have preferred to have had an ensuit rather than a shared bathroom, but as there were only two of us it was not really a hardship.

the seaside for you!.

Didn't like the fact the seagulls were very noisy and you could other guests in the rooms making noise.
the noisy seagulls but that's to be expected, and Newquay is not good for parking, but balanced with the plusses it's well worth staying there.
Room gets hot in summer, so if you intend to sleep with the window open (which you have to), make sure you have good earplugs to protect yourself from the early morning seagull concert.
