    The Reception Staff were very welcoming, and the services in the hotel were just as you would expect for a 4 star hotel. It was lovely sunny day when we arrived, and the main house, gardens and lake were stunning. We had a 'superior room' which had windows overlooking the garden, it was large and airy, complete with fridge, TV, large bathroom. The ... what people say » hotel is luxurious throughout inc the Drawing Room - Everything was perfect. The rooms had just been refurbished and were very clean and comfortable. The service was excellent. I had read mixed reviews prior to visiting and was a little anxious as some were rather harsh about the decor and restaurant service. We were very pleasantly surprised.

    The restaurant was very good, the hotel was spotless. The receptionist on duty for most of our stay was extremely nice, and very helpful, her name was Denise , a lovely person!. I am sure that when we are in the area again we will be stopping at Harmer Hill. - Room big enough for four. Used as a base to visit Shrewsbury, Telford, Cosford, Bridg... what people say » north etc. Clean and tidy, pleasant staff. Plenty of choice for breakfast at Table Table which was attached to the Premier Inn via an internal door.
