Price and its closeness to Old Trafford

The hotel was close to Old Trafford Football Stadium and very close proximity to the city centre. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Had everything you needed, was clean and the staff were extremely polite and helpful. There was a bar availaible where internet could be accessed and if you wanted to relax without going to town. Good position, right in between the trafford centre and CC only 2.60 tram into town which takes 10 minutes and approx 2.60 return to trafford centre including shuttle bus.

Internet was only available outside the the rooms but at least it was free, and i could hear the guys in the next room very clearly! But the hotel itself was vey quiet!

Excellent welcome and service from reception staff. Good price. Room warm and bed comfortable.

I appreciate it is a difficult area to keep clean but the bath edge (where the tiles meet) and the window ledge were stained.

Parking facilities is always a good one, bar and friendly staff. Nearer to the Lowry than at first thought, only a 10 min walk away.

Needs a bit updating inside, being clean and tidy made up for that.

Superb value for money. If you are fussy about your room being 'modern' don't trouble these good people. If you are after a good spot to see Manchester it is the best value. Right next a metrolink

Comfy Bed and a clean room and facilities.

Plug socket for my kettle didnt work and the toilet didnt flush but not a big deal really.

the beds could do with updating, thought I'd slept on a door but hey its a hotel we only stayed 1 night and it was to our needs, very clean and all we expected for the price, would stay again.

Access after hours. I smoke and when exiting the hotel for a cigarette after 10 it caused a problem.

The breakfast was very good and the staff were friendly. It was also conveniently located near to the Metrolink and the Manchester United Football grounds of Old Trafford.

The staff were really friendly. The receiptionist, the barman, the restaurant waiter and the lady with breakfast, all great

The lobby and room were tired and need a bit of tlc. The carpet in the room had seen better days. But it was reflected in the price

i liked the fact that it was very close to both manchester united football club and alos the tram was right next door so it was good to get transport. There was alot a Irish people in the hotel :)
