i really could not fault anything about the hotel, the only thing i would say is that we found it slightly hard to find as it had no signs up but when we rang the hotel they helped us in any way they could. The member of staff we dealt with could not have been any more helpor more polite, we already know we are coming back next year!!!!!!!!!!!!!. The staff are fantastic, professional in a down to earth friendly waywhich I like. Will bend over backwards to make sure everything is ok. Ondifferent occasions ive wanted to check in early and check out late, andit was no problem to them. Wanted to stay again on 27th but they arealready fully booked (united game) .all reviews »
Excellent hospitality, good value for money, good location and all round a great place to stay for a weekend in Manchester especially with the competitive rates. Bathroom needed a shower curtain (water went everywhere!), would have liked door stops to wedge open the doors in the apartment. i think maybe locks on teh bedroom doors... especially the master bedroom with ther being a shower without a door. wifi didnt work. No shower glass or curtains. The bed base had loose slats, which kept falling out whether or not there was any activity in the bed!. Bathroom needs a shower curtain - the floor got very wet!. wireless internet wouldnt work..also the hot water wasnt on and we didnt understand how to use the boiler as we had not used one before. not enough towels in the bathroom, no reception area so a contact telphone number is essential as it's a bit difficult to find.bedroom could do with a fan or air con. at night = very warm and too noisy outside to have window open. Also the slats on the bed fell off very easily even if you was to so much as sit in the wrong place some of the slats under the matress, fall off (happened on numerous occassions! = v. annoying!). Showers did not have curtain, as a result, the bathroom floors were all wet. We had some problems with a blocked bathroom sink, lighting and the fuse box. We asked that this was repaired. we informed the manager that we would be out for the whole day. even though they had 10 hours to do the jobs they were not done though they apologised we were leaving the next morning and no compensation apart from £20 refund on the car park no other compenstion given.NOT HAPPY!.

Travelling information
By Train (from Manchester Piccadilly train station and Manchester Victoria train station):
Take the tram to Shudehill station and exit the station to the left onto Shudehill, Manchester Arndale should be behind you. Walk to the traffic lights at the top of Shudehill and turn right onto Swan Street. Continue on down Swan Street for approximately 2 minutes. You will see a set of traffic lights and a pub called The Crown & Kettle in front of you. The apartment complex is directly behind the Crown & Kettle. The building is made up of 2 large white and grey buildings separated by a distinctive glass walkway. The main entrance is beneath the glass walkway.
By Car (from the M60 motorway):
- Leave the M60 motorway at junction 19 and take the A576 towards Manchester/Middleton.
- At the roundabout, take the 3rd exit onto the A576/Middleton Road, heading towards Manchester.
- Turn left onto the A665 (Bury Old Road).
- Continue to follow the A665.
- take a slight left at the A665/Miller Street.
- Turn left to stay on the A665/Miller Street.
- Get into the right-hand lane to follow the ring road.
- Drive down to the end of road, staying in the left-hand lane and then turn right at the traffic lights.
- Take the first left onto Henry Street.
By Car (from the M62 motorway):
- Follow the signs for the M602/Manchester.
- Keep in the right-hand lane.
- Follow the signs for the (M)A57.
- Stay on the ring road until the very end.
- Follow the road as it goes left onto Great Ancoats Street
- Drive past the retail park on the right-hand side and get into the right-hand lane.
- Take the next right onto Oldham Street.
- Turn right at the first set of traffic lights onto Henry Street.
