it was close to old trafford and the trams.the staff where very helpful and quick check in and out.sky tv in room for the sport was brill.

Breakfast on the Sunday morning not one table had been cleared and there was no where to sit.

The area was superb, beautiful surroundings but very near to allameneties.

Staff very helpfull and friendly. Plenty of free parking. Ideally situated for walking access to attractions in surrounding area. Not attached to a pub/restaurant, so quiter than some other similar priced Hotels.

Easy access with parking. Close to Old Trafford,set in a pleasant,modern environment with access to theatres, cinemas, restaurants. check-in ,fast and efficient

Watching cricket at Old Trafford. One night stay perfect hotel. polite and efficient staff will go back when in the area. Lots of places to eat nearby. Beefeater restarent close by recommended to staff were great.

The Quayside was very idlyic in a city centre setting.

The walls were too thin. I could hear most of my neighbours. The lift was a little shaky and noisy.

The hotel is in a good quiet position and easily accessible to central Manchester.The complimentary continental breakfast was good with plenty of choice.

location and closeness to venue we were attending

we had to wait between 5 and 10 minutes before the reception staff could verify our booking , this was slightly disturbing.the continental breakfast / buffet was a farce . there was no milk , cutlery , insufficient tables to have our breakfast , lack of staff clearing away tables , lack of staff ensuring that the breakfast items were fully stocked.

The room was clean and comfortable

Lack of efficiency by the staff, I was given an occupied room at first. As part of an apology I was told that I could get complimentary drink at the bar - which I then had to fight for. I told them that a parcel would be delivered for me, I ws told they didn't have it and after I had left the hotel it transpired that they did have it but had forgotten to give it to me
