The staff at this B&B were extremely helpful and kind and went out of their way to ensure that I had everything i needed for a great stay. The location of the B&B was fantastic and couldnt be better placed to tour around the city. Very convenient and comfortable , good value accomodation with all the facilities needed for an enjoyable weekend etc. The staff were also very helpful efficient and friendly and i would reccomend this accomodation to anyone.
Kevin & his daughter were very friendly and helpful. I got exactly what I wanted for breakfast and at the time which suited me. The place was handy for travel around the north of Ireland. Would use this B&B again.
The location as great. The breakfast was good nd the staff could not
have been more accommodating. I had a room with a private bathroom which
worked out very well for me. Security for the building was very good.
Staff were nice and friendly. Good breakfast. Kevin the owner was an excellent host. Good central location for the city and the rest of the north west of Ireland. Will use this B&B again in the future.
Innkeepers were wonderfully helpful and friendly. Location was excellent, within walking distance to all the sights we wanted to see. Delicious Irish breakfast with GF options. Very clean.

the B&B location is good.
Parking could be awkward during the day, but there were places in nearby streets.
Wi-Fi was included but we spotty at times. This was not major for me.
Overall I have no complaints. It was pleasant stay.

Just one little suggestion:
Please provide a Shelf or a little cabinet by the Basin to place Toiletries/Vanity Bag.
The toilet and shower was communal, one set of stairs down. The room was very small.
Liked everything about it, only thing I would say is that it's not exactly luxurious if that's what your looking but you couldn't expect that at the price; cheap, functional, clean and cosy.

Room was freezing, no heating was on the shower was broken! But the temperature of the room meant we couldn't sleep for our teeth chattering!!!.
70 euro for that very small room with furniture modest, with one toilet and one shower for 2 rooms, was really TOO MUCH!.
