It is a very central yet quiet hotel with loads of charme and friendly, helpful staff. There might be no sauna but our room was furnished with lots of taste and the marble bathroom might have been small but it was always squeakingly clean. We enjoyed our stay there a lot and can recommend it.

  Everything very smooth and an oasis to have so much space in comparison to the ordinary hotel room in London. Good shower and toiletries! Location is perfect, about a minutes walk to the tube (served by multiple lines), loads of shops and eateries around but off the main street, so nice and quiet. We could leave our bags in the hotel on the last day and were even given plenty of time to charg - Melissa at the reception was terrific. She was very helpful and accommodating. She received a parcel for me and it was waiting in the apartment when we got back from Paris. The location is excellent. A 3-minute walk from Earl's Court station which has the Piccadilly and district lines stopping here so it's super convenient. There is a Sainsbury local, the co-operative and M&S near the station (for food supplies) plus a Boots and a stationery shop. Lots of eateries too.

If you don't like - The staff were incredibly friendly. The Hotel is very well positioned with excellent links to public transport. Very reasonable prices and large choice when using the Hotel bar. Breakfast very adequate (fresh fruit,cereal) before moving on to freshly cooked items which you can tell are all freshly prepared. Location in Goodge Street Tube station area is very lovely, lots of various pubs and restaurants to go out asa well as supermarkets and night shops to buy whatever you need. The variety of food is enought to make a good breakfast. There is also a sma - The price and location. Perfectly efficient in giving you the keys and your luggage on the last day in case you travel late. Very small bedrooms without ensuite bathrooms but a nice big communal kitchen and eating room plus bathrooms and small kitchen at each floor. Vey convenient and economical to cook your own meals if you want and the house provide eggs, cheese, milk , ham and fruit juices in an 24h open access fridge but also little empty fridges for personal items in each floor.
