The staff were incredibly friendly. The Hotel is very well positioned with excellent links to public transport. We were using it for ease of access when going to West Ham for football and its about a 30 min walk. Excellent food outlets throughout Stratford. Very reasonable prices and large choice when using the Hotel bar. Breakfast very adequate (fresh fruit,cereal) before moving on to freshly cooked items which you can tell are all freshly prepared. Very good value for money. would recommend a

+Location very close to the r/w station, but if you have to travel frequently to London, it's not very convenient to stay so far away from London
+Staff is really great, have not met such a service in any of the hotels in London where I stayed before (and I do visit London very often)
+Super nice breakfasts - will never forget that wonderful taste
+The hotel shares the building with the pub, though this would not be appreciated by everyone, but has been an interesting experience for me
