  They arranged a taxi to their other apartment which is a few miles away and I got a call from their reservation manager(the day after in the weekday) and she apologized for the inconvenience caused she offered me to change my stay to canary wharf area and she waived 50% of total amount sent some fruits to my room and also gave special discount for... what people say » my future stays.
