  Everything! Everything was fabulous!! We were met from our taxi by the doorman who asked our surname, which he repeated into his lapel. We walked through the revolving doors and were met by a lovely lady who greeted us by name and showed us the hotel and finally to our room. Excellent double glazing, all mod cons, mirrored furniture, sparkling white kitchen, fabulous showers with plenty bath sheets and comfy beds. If you don't want to use the cooking facilities a menu is also avail. Very good security system in place too. Well done to all staff who maintain

The facilities throughout the apartment were more than adeqate for our city visit and although we were only in London for 2 nights I would gladly of used this apartment for a much longer visit. The room we had was fabulous - they had taken note of what my husband had said on the booking form - that it was a birthday treat - and as a result we were upgraded, got a birthday card from the management and complimentary birthday patiserries. The food at Roux (2 x Michellin Stars) is superb. Afternoon tea in the Palm Court is an absolute must. Gym, sauna, steam room, pool and spa pool are all very well equipped. The price was superb for the location and the room on the 7th floor was so quiet. It was ideal for exploring this end of London. The seating areas in the foyer were wonderfully relaxing, especially on a wet morning. It was so near the Metro and yet, so peaceful. Plenty of shops and cafes, nearby. Spotlessly clean, lovely bed and cosy and warm.

  Particular thanks and complement to the young lady at the reception. Booking know how extensively I stay in hotels and can honestly say this reception has been the best ever - The location was quite good. You can walk many different sides of the City just in at most 15-20 min. The room was large enough and well equipped for such a hotel.

  As soon as you walked in it smelt clean. The location was excellent.The staff friendly and helpful, and the breakfast choices availablewere superb - The staff were superb,food was excellent as was our room, we would not hesitate to stay there again. Location excellent.
