  I fail to see how anyone could fail to be impressed by these apartments. 1] location was tops.So close to the tube.Interesting locality.Plenty of good pubs and eating establishments nearby. 2] Felt very secure. 3] Apartment was modern and clean.Good bed and shower. 4]Wifi worked and was reasonable speed. 5]Very warm.The under floor heating was g... what people say » reat.It needed to be as we struck a cold period in London. 6]Its spacious,good sized rooms. - It was a quiet and clean apartment in a great location. It was easy to walk to almost all the tourist attractions. There were several pubs nearby that had great food. The staff were available and helpful, particularly one lady who helped us a lot when we were expecting some tickets delivered. (I wish I remembered her name) We would stay here again.

  The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was amazing which i didnt expect given the price and short notice that the room was booked. The shower is very powerful and the room was very clean and tidy. The hotel was so amazing that i would consider using it again in the future for me and my partner. - Eventhough I booked this lodge because... what people say » of comparitively reasonable rate, I was a bit apprehensive about the facilities and the condition of the room. But the stay over there was just wonderful and their hospitality is worth mentioning. If i go there another time, i would stay there only.

  Very helpful staff - we arrived early and we could leave our suitcases in the reception office, even though it left almost no room for the staff! We had a shared bathroom which was spotless and efficient. There were supposed to be tea and coffee facilities in the room, but instead, we were free to use the kitchen where everything was laid out to h... what people say » elp yourself, even milk from the fridge. Nothing was locked up down there, so there was a very pleasant sense of safety and trust. The breakfast said - Staff very friendly and helpful, only problem was we were on the 3rd floor and as we are very senior, me 76 and Brian 82 found the steps difficult. We enjoyed our breakfast as we had just crashed out the night before as we had flown in direct from Australia. Suggest you make a space on your booking forms re allocation of rooms for elderly. The ensuite was fine and we would stay there again, BUT on a lower floor.
