  All the staff were friendly, (even though it was a big modern hotel)they were courteous and very helpful. A young man warmly greeted us atthe entrance when we arrived in the taxi and this warm welcome extendedto the checking in desk.   Nice check in experience - after asking staff about our welcome bottle of wine it arrived on ice to our room within minutes. An excellent way to start a night out. Room service was reduced by 25% between 3 and 5pm so had some food too. King Prawn Ceasar salad was great. Don't expect a great river view unless you have paid extra, perfect location... what people say » for all the main tourist activities in London. - Room was very clean and comfortable. The concierge was extremely helpfulin helping us with transport to the airport, as well as with suggestionsfor a nice restaurant. The kitchen is also very good. It was the besthotel that I've ever stayed at in London.

  I thought the room was comfortable and had the amenities I needed. It was better than I expected and its location was great. Walking distance to many sites. I liked that the windows opened and I faced a court yard. - The location was brilliant.   The staff were extremely helpful, room was perfect! We were even upgraded upon check in to the executive suite which included pretty much everything you could think of! The location was superb, just a minute walk to the Thames River and Tower Bridge, lots of restaurants and the tube. The bed was EXTREMELY comfortable and the room was very modern... what people say » and clean! I would recommend this hotel to everyone. The bar was even outstanding as was the conceirge service. - We got a great deal on a double room, it was real value for money. I stay in a lot of good hotels -I thought the Hilton's staff, rooms, location and food was excellent. There is an obvious attention to detail in this place. I booked the hotel based on it's high user rating and it completely lived up to expectations, I'll be using it again.
