Had a delightful stay here. The staff were very attentive and helpful. The place only opened on 27th April (as I was informed by the receptionist) Thick, plush carpet, art work and clocks on the walls in the communal areas. The owners obviously have a great eye for detail. From the outside I did not expect much as there is a small door entrance, but up the stairs and the establishment is very chic in the design of a small boutique hotel. The location is superb right next to the tube / Westfield.
all reviews » This hotel is an absolutely ‘do’ when you visit London! It has a wonderful location: right near to the tube station Shepherd’sBush and a 1 min walk from Westfield Shopping Centre. If you prefer taking the bus, you can catch one of the many busses going to Notting Hill, South Kensignton, Hyde Park or Oxford Street. The hotel is beautifully decorated and the hotel staff is very friendly & helpful! The rooms are modern (love the wallpaper) & clean with large badrooms and a perfectly worki. Great choice for a young couple, although rooms are very small, but very cosy. Beacuse hotel is a new one, all the facilities are in good condition (shower, TV, teapot, refrigerator, hairdrier all works as it should). Staff is polite and helpful. Can be asked for any help. For example, I asked to print our tickets for the return flight, barely I've sent it on e-mail an left for reception for a reminder - all was printed already and given to me with a smile. Wi-fi covers all the hotel and it is. Friendly staff. Right next to Shepard's Bush tube station (with outdoor food market) and very easy to find. Lovely clean, bright comfortable rooms with super comfortable beds. Complimentary water in room. Convenient for central, also convenient for Heathrow (Goldhawk Rd tube stop is one hop from Piccadilly line). Very near an enormous shopping centre. There is a low hum of noise, but tired after a long days work/shopping/walking/sightseeing most should sleep soundly in the amazingly comfortsble. Everything! The hotel opened few months ago and you can feel that (in positive sense)! They thought on everything. Rooms are stylish decorated. They provide: tv, towels, sleepers, shampoo, body lotion, European electricity plug, water heater, coffee, refrigerator,... Close to subway station (cannot be closer, it's central line "red" - direct from Liverpool station / Oxford street), close to o2 venue (for concerts,...), close to Jamie Oliver Italian restaurant,... Amazing location right next to the central line tube station. It's a new hotel so everything looks and feels new. Lovely decoration. I was in a single room and for London standards it was big and comfortable. The staff was very helpful at all times. The bed is super comfy. Lovely décor. Massive TV set, free Wi-Fi in the bedroom. Breakfast is served in a coffee shop right next to the hotel and they have a great variety. Totally recommend this place!. Breakfast was served in a little cafe next to the hotel. The location of the hotel is great, right next to a tube station on the central line, so you can get anywhere fast. Everything was great from the moment you were entering this boutique hotel. It was warm like its staff and it smelled wonderfully! At the W12 hotel, everything was quite good, the staff was very polite and helpful, all areas were very clean and well maintained, decor was very nice. We only stayed for the weekend, but gladly would return to the W12 hotel. London is really amazing. the whole 5 day stay was made exceptional by the 5* quality of the rooms and staff. I will stay again without hesitation however I think I would have too book well in advance because of the excellent reputation it is now rapidly building. In a great location being right by the Shepherd's Bush tube station and just round the corner from the Westfield shopping complex. The rooms are tastefully decorated and have a fridge, tea/coffee making facilities and a good bathroom. It was an exceptional place. The decor and cleanliness was great. The place is newly opened a few weeks ago- vwery clean, comfortable in the room, elegantly furnished. the location us ideal- very close to a tube station, many shops around including a huge mall! This is a new hotel or looks like brand new. Very clean and nice decorated with friendly stuff. Wifi also works fine. Safe was out of order when we came, but it was fixed in a day. Not a problem. Tap was not working correctly. One third of TV channels were blocked or out of service. London food is not that delicious :). Check about the mini fridge, mine didn't work (I didn't bother asking staff about it as it was a short stay for me) Rooms a little small, (but fine for a short stay). Nothing really. But some people might miss bigger room, elevator, could hear some noise from the street. But in all this are not the things that should stop you to stay in the hotel!. The windows are sound protected but as it is located on a busy road you can hear kind of a low volume roaring in the background. That said I slept 11 solid hours so the noise was not a problem really!. We were a bit surprised when we wanted to pay the hotel bill and were told that it had already been paid by credit card. Booking says that your credit card won't be charged and that you can pay any way you want but in our case we had already paid by card without being informed in advance. Wasn't a problem for us but since it also happened to an American guest it seems as if that's no exeption. No complaints. Maybe the lack of an elevator but that is not too bad since the staff is very helpful with carrying the luggage up and down the stairs. The only small problem was that in the bathroom with the walk-in shower, the drainage wasn't very good so you couldn't have the water running for more than a minute at a time or it might have flooded into the bedroom. The problem was reported. What disappointed me was the breakfast that was provided in a shop next to the hotel .. I hate english breakfast and the continental one was just a croissant, juice and coffee. I'm sorry but I prefer my breakfast full. A variety of croissants and cupcakes would be a nice idea :) friendly advice. Very thing was great, nothing to unlike. Extremely helpfull staff :) Thank you. Please pay attention to this: - no lift. - no window on the 4-th floor but you have sunroof with electric remote - some rooms faced on the square in front of metro station and there can be noisy at night. None for us but some might have a problem with the lack of a lift or lack of public space. Our room was on the top floor and we found it a little tiring climbing all those stairs after a day out in London. We booked a deluxe double (room 401) and queried whether we had been put in the right room. It was very small with the only window being a small skylight, not what we would class as 'deluxe'. Standard rooms are apparently smaller, but I'm not sure how much smaller the room could have been. On their website deluxe rooms are described as spacious, and our room was very far from that. loved it all. The only thing I didn't like was the steep stairs to the room- not suitable to disabled people. The bed and room were very small, especially for a week long stay. No lift but that is clearly stated in the description. Overhead shower could do with de-scaling but the handheld was very powerful. Nothing. Was rather noisy as it was next to the main road. But no big deal for me as I'm not a light sleeper :). Our room was on the upper floor with lots of stairs, but it wasn't a problem for us. Check-in 15h00 but fortunately room avlb14h00. There is no lift although they take the luggage to your room. There was only o e socket point. The hotel should provide an extension for multiple points. Shame breakfast was off site however the food and service was great and it was only two doors away. Being in busy location sirens could be heard but advantages strongly outweigh small negatives. No real enter entrance to the hotel, only a steep flight of stairs that leads to a very small reception area. Very small double room, you can barely move. small and crammed with three adults but its london so we are ok. No lift in a hotel which was very annoying since I had a 30kg baggage, eventhough the staff was helping. I still found it very inconvenient!!!!. The kettle leaked a bit.. worrying!. The entrance onto the street was a bit offputting until I got inside. We stayed in the attic room. Just a couple of things but they didn't affect my comfort- couple of small jobs not finished on ceilng- vents? It would be nice to know what choices there are for breakfast. I had a wonderfully comfortable stay- these are just points to make it even better!. No lift, so not for old people. Can only open the windows about 5cm, as the rooms where very new the paint fumes made it unpleasant. Rooms are small. The room faced a busy street so even with double windows it was quite noisy. NONE. The room is very small. There is no place for huge luggage, but ok for small backpacks. The block where the hotel is located is turkish.
