We stayed in the Executive King Room. The room was very nicely decorated. It looked fresh, clean and new. The bed was comfortable and large and the TV was well-placed and worked properly. The bathroom was clean and the bath was large. Unfortunately the water was not very hot from the hot tap. Running a bath warm enough to relax in was difficult and the shower was never "hot", just warm. We were in a great location, walking distance to Brick Lane and Spitalfields Market and close enough to the.

Could not fault anything except it was a 5 to 10 minute walk away from WhiteChapel tube station. Considering hotel prices in London this was real quality at affordable prices. A hidden gem. The room was very nice and clean. The hotel is brand new! The staff members were very friendly and helpful, we rented bikes and could store them at the staff parking. We forgot our Ipod and the staff immediately called us and send it by mail. Overall we were very happy with our stay and we look forward to our next visit!. We had an excellent newly furnished room with comfortable bed, modern shower and all facilities for a very good price. As we were going to the City the location served us well. Although it wasn't a massive inconvenience, I did feel it took the "executive" sheen off the room a bit. Their was a corkscrew in the room but when I requested a pair of wine glasses, I was told the hotel doesn't have any because they don't serve alcohol. They provide corkscrews, so could they not just have some wine glasses available?. Nothing to dislike. Sink in bedroom rather than in Bathroom. Spoilt the ambience of an otherwise excellent hotel with all facilities. We didn't have internet in our room, but after informing with the hotel manager he told us that there were some problems on the first floor and that they're working on it. We did not realize that the hotel did not serve alcohol. Their food was good but we like a glass of wine at night. The clients were mostly of the Islamic religion as were the owners. This is fine but we would like to have known about the lack of a drinks licence in advance. No alcoholic beverages for sale which is just something to take note of and no real negative point. The neighborhood could use an upgrade. Nothing really. As a sole female guest I was in a distinct minority but it wasn't uncomfortable. The White Chapel Tube stop was closed due to works which made it awkward to get to and from the hotel. A short walk to get to and from nearest underground station, but hey that's not a bad thing! Aircon controls were bewildering so we turned that off. not that it is really important, but there was no wine in the minibar. Quite a way out if you are visiting West End. Also breakfast a bit sparse (menu said poached eggs - note the plural - on toast but only one egg served with two slices of toast per person) but fantastic freshly squeezed orange made up for it. As others have said, Rooms can be small and the wash basin is located in the main room rather than in the bathroom but this is not a major issue. There is a funny smell in the corridors - it probably is the type of cleaning fluid or something ? But how long are you in a corridor for - ?. after taking a shower the whole bathroom was flooded. I missed a soap dish. the restaurant guy was not smelling very good..... Nothing!. Checkout staff in the morning couldn't care less and seemed to be more interested in facebook. Location is not good if you want to visit London, quite far from all tube stations. The neighbourhood is rather dodgy. Nothing!!. The whitechapel is excellent. By the way, the subway will temporary closed on weekend. May lead a longer time on travelling. Room very small. Shower room flooded due to small drainage area. A comfortable chair would have been good. The breakfast. The fridge/ mini bar hummed all night and I was too lazy to get out of bed to turn it off. The taxi. Bed was short- I'm average size and my feet hung over the edge. Not a thing I could complain about!. Alcohol free!. It's located in a middle-east community, probably not a perfect choice for female visitors who travel alone. Price a bit high for such surrounding environment. Pity there wasn't a desk for my laptop (single room). Nothing. Location is a bit out of the way of central London, 30 mins by tube (not a criticism, just as a reference). As a single female the area felt a bit uncomfortable late at night also there was rubbish everywhere on the street. Room was a bit small. Breakfast was a bit disappointing although not expensive. A/C only had on or off you couldn't control the temp yourself. Area. Noisy fridge in the room, no sink in bathroom.
