Warm and welcoming. Food excellent except for one entree and lack of chef for breakfast early one morning but choices were great. Fantastic location especially for original tour bus and St Pauls and Waterloo station although directions from station could have been clearer or more precise it took us three attempts. Room was lovely although at back of hotel. Cleanliness really good. Would stay again.
all reviews » The manager was SO helpful. My partner has MS and the manager went out of his way to make sure all was ok for us. He was just very kind and helpful. The man on reception when we checked in was excellent too.this hotel was convenient for siteseing for the london eye and westminster,about ten minutes walk, also its great for anyone visiting the london television studios. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. Also the waitresses and bar staff very helpful. Hotel room lovely and clean and comfortable and warm.Everything! Great location - easy to walk into town. Very comfortable rooms, lovely pub, excellent value! More of these offers please. We will be back!. Also, the breakfast was poor. We expected a full English breakfast but were advised that the chef was not on site for another hour. The continental breakfast was inedible - croissants defrosted in the microwave were like bullets, toast was undercooked, weak coffee, etc. The food was poor. Traffic noise outside was very loud, but am a light sleeper, so may not affect others. loud music piped into the foyer. The beds were a bit hard. Beds were uncomfortable. Very hard matress and pillows. No air-conditioning. Suggest the easyest way to get to hotel. Suggest main transports to airports arround London.
