The bed... It was huge!!! The staff were also really friendly and veryhelpful. The hotel was situated in a great location, so easy to get toand lots of places to go and see within a few minutes walk!

The bed and the size of the shower. The makeup mirror and the flatscreen tv. Felt secure. Very quiet!

Palm oil soap is a bit non-pc.

The hotel was lovely, the only thing was that it was very cold in London and the room heating was not working correctly. Hence, I was always cold and ended up being sick. I also lost my ear ring and I am still awaiting a call back from lost and found.

simple easy to use place which was clean and tidy

should be a bar and a restaurant which there isn't and no one tells you this and we did not have any tea and coffee facilities in our room, the tv system was slow and kept stopping and the heating did not work and at £130 per room you would expect more for your money!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The staff were friendly and extremely helpful. The hotel building itself was beautiful and very clean. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The location was perfect in a nice safe area, near to the all the major sights. The free ice chilled water and tea/coffee services was an added bonus.

The location is ideal for central London and theatre land. We did not have to use a tube as everything is within walking distance. The rooms are verry modern and clean and the beds are verry big and comfy.

When we arrived we wanted to pay with cash and were asked to leave a fourty pound deposit. I handed the manager fifty pounds and he kept all fifty as a deposit not the fourty he had asked for. I felt as though he was looking down on us because we are quite young. We got the deposit back at the end of our stay but price of the deposit should have been included in the terms and conditions for this hotel.
