I loved the location, the design of the hotel and my single room, which was thoughtfully laid out and perfect for one quick night in town.

Shower and water pressure in general was not great - but not a problem for one night. any more - and it would have been irritating.

The hotel is extremely pleasant, in an amazing location in Central London. The staff was very helpful and accomodating, and i appreciated their efforts.

While the room was very nicely decorated, it was quite tiny for a couple. However the real problem was the bathroom, which was definitely too small (not unheard of in London, though!)

On 2 occasions staff service in the bar adjacent to the hotel was not as good with drinks taken away before we finished them.

Location , well organized , near majour shoping , next to train station,near taxi station , near resturants , near bars and clubs , near brandname shops , near bus stops , near majer supermarket , near book stors ,near selections of resturant , no need transportation at all .

One time at knight elevator chut down , cleaning supervisor call meseveral time while I have do not disturb signe on the door to checkwhat time I will be leaving the room , that mean she wake me up whichis not nice .

It was lovely decor and fantastic location - right next door to Tiffany and Co :) Room was clean and tidy and nice flat screen tv and laptop facility.

Coudnt swing a cat in the bathroom and the room service was slightly over priced.

the heating system was not that efficient and the room felt very dry in the middle of the night. it also made a little bit of noise. perhaps it could run a bit smoother.and thermostat could be more indicative of room conditions.

Excellent location, comfortable room although a little on the small side. Offered a choice of rooms as there was some construction works going on near the back.

Breakfast seemed expensive so tried a few local cafe-bars instead.

The location was excellent near shops and restaurants (King's road, Knightbridge) and the tube station. The room and bathroom were modern compared to many other equally priced hotels in London.
