The convenience of the hotel to getting to Theatres etc!! Friendly andhelpfull staff. Very friendly, helpful staff and super clean rooms. The location , the staff and the breakfast!!. Great Location. Location, easy walking distance to most theatres. Plenty of places to eat out. Short walk to Covent Garden and Trafalgar Square. Room was small but very clean towels changed every day. Good breakfast and staff where very helpful. The location is great. Staff were very friendly and helpful with directions, etc. Location location location!. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent. The location was a two minute walk from the Cambridge Theatre. The hotel is also centrally located and within easy walking distance to both Tottenham Court Road and Covent Garden Underground stations.Friendly and helpful staff, clean rooms, new towel every day.Location couldn't be better! We had a room faced to the street and itwas quiet due to the double glazed windows on top of ordinarywindows. Breakfast was ok. This hotel is very clean, staff are friendly and helpful, breakfast is good, rooms are a little small and stairs quite narrow and steep. It was perfect for our stay, good value in a convenient location. The concierge, Hannah, was absolutely delightful and made our stay more than pleasant. Despite the very central location of the hotel, it was on a side street and was very quiet,. The seven dials was in a great location at a great price. The rooms were small but very clean and great for a base for all the main attractions that London offers. It was situated in a good location within easy reach of west end theatres. I would certainly stay again and recommend to friends. Room very clean and comfortable , staff very kind . Good english breakfast.Fantastic position in centre city. Its position being very central and I was very impressed on how cleanour room was. very convenient location in the theatre district. very central great location and value for money. Staff, breakfast, location. The breakfast was good ant the situation was excellent!. It was just what we wanted and the location was ideal.Location, and the friendliness of all the staff. Location, cleanliness, friendly staff. The service of people, the cleanliness. Price, conveneince of location. I have stayed at the hotel several times over the past couple of years. It is very convenient for the centre of London and no problem checking in or out. Very central, good connection to Heathrow airport. Close to shops, market, clubs, bars and restaurants. The staff were very pleasant. The buffet breakfast was plentiful, fresh and delicious. central location, value for money hotel, have stayed before, will stay again. Room was tidied up every day. Hotel is in the center. We walked everywere. Excellent location-5 minutes walk to covent gardens or leicester square. The hotel was in a good location. The staff were friendly and helpful. Proximity of west end theatres. good location, nice breakfast. Very centraly placed. Excellent location. The hotel is just off Shaftsbury Avenue, so a short walk from Theatre Land. It's on a tree-lined street with a wonderful bohemian, continental feel. My room was clean and neat. There was coffee, tea and biscuits in the room, a working television and a nice clean bathroom and good shower. There is soap provided but no shampoo so remember to take your own! Great hotel at this price.I chose this hotel specifically for the location and the price. It is within walking distance of Trafalgar Square, Chinatown, the British Museum and Covent Garden Piazza. The owner was very nice and we will surely go back on our next trip to London. The location was great (near theaters and busy area). We felt secure--you had to ring to be let in the front door. The room was clean and cute!. I really enjoyed my stay at Seven Dials Hotel, the location was excellent, staff were helpful and the hotel was clean. I would stay again soon. The location is awesome, just 5 min on foot from Leicester square. The friendly staff makes a good difference.Very central,we were able to tour around on foot.Rooms small but clean as was bathroom.Breakfast very good. it was in a good location and was within walking distance to a lot of attractions. Staff were very helpful and the location and value were good. Convenient for everything we wanted to do in central London. Great location, very nice staff , very clean. The staff were very efficient and helpful.friendly helpful staff, perfect location. The behaviour of the staff was excellent. Difficult position of kettle and surface to make tea (room2). small room but that was more than made up for by the location. The stairs were tricky to manouevre and the ensuite bathroom was very tiny although the water pressure in the shower was superb. We stayed five days and the room was too small to even hang the towelsnot to mention all the clothes and things stayed in the suitcase duringour visit. But I knew about it, so was not a surprise, just a bit ofdiscomfort. No lift. The steep stairways.Without elevator . awkward stairs and no elevator. The room was too small for baby cot. Staircase was a little tough to negotiate. I felt for the single young lady who seems to be left to run the hotel including making the breakfast all by herself. No lift and tiny stairwell, be aware if you have lots of heavy suitcases. The en suite bathroom in the triple room was a little small. Hotel is on very busy and noisy place. The bed was not quite a double. The double bed was not a double bed-was inbetween a single and double and Iwas sharing with anothter female! Bathroom was too small. We stayed in afront room which was exceptionally noisy. Hotel very basic but veryclean. Good for a cheap week-end break. I would have prefered an ensuite, however this was not too much of a problem.narrow staircase,. Very small room.As said by all, the rooms are small and there are a lot of stairs, but we were expecting that. The narrow, winding staircase was a little tough to navigate with luggage. However, the staircase was just part of the charm of this old building. And the staff did offer to get us help toting our bags if we had needed it.We stayed in a room with shared bathroom. The bathroom is too tiny (0.6x1.5m), and was hard to take a shower because of the weak shower and the cold walls and curtain, my girlfriend got a cold and that was not funny. Also the breakfast was not really good, only toast, eggs, sausage and beans with coffe milk and orange juice. Maybe with a private bathroom things would be much nicer. The bed was not quite a double, but as it was only one night it wasn't too much of a problem. Very small room very small shower ! (last floor) But is is London! Bednot confortable Not so nice smell into the stairs and room (may belittle wet and old) Miss some fruits and yogurts for breakfast :-) butwe will come back for sure. Very tiny bathroom, but very clean. Staircase was very narrow - not all flights had bannisters.oh lord those stairs are steep (and I'm not fit)!. The room was too small, breakfest was poor., there is no lift, which cased a bad access to the rooms caring the luggage ...
