The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. They graciously upgraded our room at a very good price. The view over Kensingtown Garden was beautiful. We could even see the London Eye. The Garden rooms are well worth the extra money. The service for breakfast was very good, and the selection was adequate.

We have stayed in other rooms at the hotel that need some refurbishing, but this room was great. The only downside was that there was not a lot of storage space.

Staff were very friendly, helpful and accommodating; the hotel itself was very well furnished; the restaurant and bar were excellent, with both serving very good food and drinks; the room itself was spacious and very comfortable, with a great view over the park

Only very minor points: I've stayed in lower standard hotel rooms that had a better television; the shower, while very good, seemed to be set for someone a lot shorter than me (6'2");

Excellent Quality of Service, was upgraded to Executive Room FOC on arrival. Full English Breakfast, while pricey compared to others, was excellent but then this is 5* London so fair value. We chose this hotel based on quality and location for the Royal Albert Hall (5 min walk at most).

We booked the one night through your company. They very easily accomodated us for a 2nd night in the same room. Easy access to a bus. Garaging. Staff put themselves out to be helpful.

Would not change our table, because of the draught, for the evening meal even though the restuarant was nearly empty.
