The location of the hotel was perfect - right in the heart of the WestEnd. This is the second time I've stayed at this hotel and will staythere again.

The reception was welcoming and efficient. The decor was particularly appealing.

There was a constant buzz from something - air con? which annoyed me in the night.

Excellent central location. Desk service very friendly and informative. Rooms varied in size but even the smallest wasn't too small. thought room might be noisy as it looked onto street and the pub opposite (had been warned by reception) but in actuality although we had the window open (don't like air con) it was not a problem at all.

Hate long life milk for the tea. Hotel of that callabre should hae fresh milk in the mini bar. I know i could have asked for milk to be sent up, but at 7.30 in the morning all you want is a cup of tea - now!!! Bathroom fogged up a lot, not sure if there should have been an extractor, but if there was, it didn't work.

location is very good, close to theatres. warm and welcome staff. walking distance to leicester square.

needs a little redecoration. no satellite or cable, but do have pay tv but lack choice in movies.

My bathroom was flooded. My card was charged incorrectly. It was charge of regular price, not letsbookhotel.com price. Finally hotel fixed that mistake, but it was a nervous situation while my vacation

Very convenient for Coveny Garden/West End. Located in a reasonably quiet situation - especially considering it was New Year's Eve.

The breakfast was very pricey on top of the room rate.

location nera "Chicago" theatre

Poor service. I went to the hotel bar at 6pm but no-one was there to serve me - after 10 minutes I left. later that evening I returned for a pint of draft beer but all the draft was off since the pipes of all were being cleaned and " would take an hour - why not have some bottled beer". At breakfast the next day ( cost £18) I asked for boiled eggs. This took 20 mins and the toast was then cold.

room faced a busy street with a public house but had no double glazing. Very noisy at night. Drunks in corridor on first night.
