The room was a good size for 3 people,beds were comfortable, and the breakfast was nice.

Cosy unit, well heated & enjoyed the heated bathroom floor. Comfy bed. Staff obliging & helpful, supermarket located next door was a good thing. Would we stay there again ...yes:)

the apartment was light and airy and well appointed the reception staff were very helpful the kitchen equipment was good

the net curtains were dirty the main curtains did not close properly as the rail was hanging off the ceiling the towels were clean but a bit grey and tired there were no fire notices in the apartment

Everything from start to finish, dimitri at reception extremely polite and helpful. The cleanliness of the apartment, nice and warm, warm towel rails in bathroom and excellent TV signal and picture quality. Tesco just underneath apartments which was very good. Felt very safe all the time as security was very good nobody could get in without a card. Big windows so you had great view of the street and there was a balcony for when you wanted some fresh air!

Apartments a little small but it is London, so a small price to pay.

The staff was very nice. The room large, free fruit, nice breakfast, cooking facilities, free newspapers. I forgot money in the hotel room and when I phones them on the way back to Belgium, they admitted it was found and that they would transfer the money on my account. Incredible! We will surely come back to this place.

in between metro stops. You need to walk quite far before arriving in the hotel. Not easy with heavy luggage.

Location is definitely good, 5 minutes to hyde Park, Regent Park, a lot of shop next to the hotel. Staff is good, rooms are clean. You can cook and breakfast is deliver in the room (except the coffee, but you buy it near by)

We experimented 2 rooms during our stay (Studio and apartment with 1 bedroom). Studio was quite old and really noisy due to the street !! (the other side of the hotel is quiet and the apartments are nice). It's quite expensive but it's London ;-)

The location was perfect. It was a short walk to the nearest tube station with many cafes nearby, and places to purchase prepared foods. The staff were very responsive to any requests. My studio apartment was spacious, well equipped and comfortable.

Location of the Hotel is excellent, so close to majo streets and easy access to bus/tube stations

The staff are fantastic, friendly and very helpful. The rooms were clean and very comfy, we stayed here twice on our trip to the uk and it just felt like returning home the staff were so friendly. The location was fantastic close to everything you need, shopping, underground, parks and lots of food outlets. Will be staying here again for sure.

Location is really good. There are many restaurants nearby and Tesco is just downstairs. Baker street station is within walking distance. The room is spacious. The hotel is in a busy area but still enjoy quietness.

The water in the kitchen is slow and washing is a problem. A shower curtain is better than the existing partition in the bathroom, as water splashes everywhere after shower.

Security of entry. Excellent staff and room. Excellent breakfast delivered on time.

Staff booked a taxi which arrived on time but the driver was either lost or deliberately taking a route which passed by the same roads twice.. He was speaking on a hand held mobile phone and ignoring directions from a sat nav. The cost was extortionate £22 for less than a two mole journey. I reported this to a manager who promised to take up thissue with the company.

The concierge was great and really helpful. He let us leave our bags and recommended some great places in the city.

Fab location within walking distance of Oxford St and tube stations, excellent facilities, little balcony area, huge bed, would highly recommend.

Would have preferred a few more details regarding accessing the building prior to arrival as reception is on 2nd floor, there is a bell to be let in but we didn't feel it was very clear following our tiresome journey!

The apartments are very close to M&S and Selfridges, as well as all of the wonderful shops and restaurants in Mayfair and Marylebone. The tube is just a few blocks away. The staff is wonderfully friendly and helpful.

Had everything that needed to be self contained, grocery shop next door, buses and trains short walk away, appartment serviced every day.

we stayed four 5 days here and frm the begining to end the staff were great, Mr Alex and Dimitri they are always there to help hands on.the location of this apartment is near madam tousod and two train station 1st the baker street station and Marylebone & the london bus tour station which will allow you to travel easyly anywhere in london.We rented a studio apartment and uts was great not very spacious but all londons places are similar.For food since we are muslim theres the one & only HALAL KFC near baker street plus alot of starbucks style cafes near the area & a Tesco mart next door to the apartment..If u dont mind walking head to Edgware road which is Arab street 10min walking distance. overall its a great to stay the staff were great and a lovely area.Wish to thanks Mr Dimitri and Alex again tq.

Good location for shopping in Oxford St, going to Madame Tussaud's and London Marriott hotel for afternoon tea. Very clean and staff very helpful. Will happily stay here again on a London visit.

The position is everything. Space is typically an issue with London hotels, so an apartment gives one some room to move

It's not really a big deal (indeed charming in it's own way), but I don't think there has been any refurbishment since 1982. I'm sure shag carpet will come back in.

Really good location, a 2 minute walk from Oxford street and only a bit more to the nearest tube station. Tesco express next door so we could keep expense to minimum. Really friendly staff. A kitchen with all the utensils to cook pretty much anything.

Perhaps provision of some sauces or butter as we were only there for one night and didnt want to buy a whole block of butter or a big bottle of ketchup for our food. Otherwise a really nice stay
