It was in a great location. The house was clran and had all the basic equipments yo make our stay comfortable. The staff were very responsive on email. Felt very at home.

The space is a bit tight for a family. Ideal for business travel though.

We had a great executive apartment which was clean and comfortable. Our 2 kids enjoyed the high speed wifi and we loved the central location close to the underground. Most London attractions were walkable. Thank you for giving families like us such a fantastic option for our London stay.look forward to our next visit.

Our stay in The apartment was comfortable , everything was available as described. They contacted me by email regularly to provide me with all information needed for my stay. I was happy in my stay and glad I booked it.

apartment provides a good comfort. it is in a very good location;central and at the same time quiet.They give a very quick response when you have a problem.

be careful: there is no reception or concierce desk or any responsible in person in the building.Watch out for the check-in (15:00) and check-out (11:00) times as it is not possible to leave your luggage in the building if you arrive earlier than the check-in time or if you have to stay around after check-out.

Fabulous apartment, modern, clean, tube station only steps away, very quiet, washing machine, even basics like salt, cooking oit, tea, coffee washing powder etc...we loved it. Great value for money with 2 bedrooms. Great location next to Tottenham Rd and Oxford St , Soho shopping etc. Would definitely stay again and recommend it to friends

Minor...but definitely needs a bit more cutlery, especially considering the unit has a dishwasher. Some egg cups would be nice too. Our fault for not letting them know, but a few of the light bulbs needed replacing.

The apartment was modern, spacious, especially for family with 3 young children, and location was brilliant! My next visit to London I wont be staying anywhere else. I will definetly recommend to all my Aussie family and friends!

The place is so clean and it comes with a full kitchen. A lot of space for eating meals and relaxing around Also, it's location is awesome.

There wasn't any clothes washing liquid even though it was mentioned in the catalogue that it will be provided. However, we got our own from tesco which was just 1 min walk away.

I liked ,the living area was nice,Appartment is new and clean ,place is very close to the underground station,live area,

1-beds are too small 160cm but I need 180cm 2-we didn't see any body of the staff during one week ,we needed to solve some problem we had to send mails and wait for reply. 3-hot water is enough for 2 persons only ,and we were 4 persons ,when we needed to have a shower hot water is available for 2 .

The check-in worked really well, despite there being no on-site staff. The management worked hard contacting us before check-in to make sure we understood how things would work. As a result, it was very simple. The apartment was very clean and comfortable, and was very well appointed with modern fittings and comfortable furniture. The location is great for mixing in an area with fewer tourists than other parts of London and gave us a great village atmosphere, with some good pubs and restaurants within easy walking distance. The Goodge St tube station is just around the corner.

The telephone system requires a PhD in nuclear physics to comprehend and operate. Apart from that, everything else was great.

Very good for family stay. Walking distance to oxford street and also the Charlotte street where full with resto. The service was fantastic especially responding our email queries. The apartment also called overseas to confirm our stay before our departure which we were very impressed by the extra miles service.will definitely recommend to the rest! We had a good stay at this scala house- penthouse at Tottenham street !!!!

Lot of space. Separate bedrooms. Quick response from the service staff when we needed them (because of the lack of two drinking glasses). 7 minutes walk to Oxford Street and 2 minutes to the nearest tube station.

Cleaning could have been better. We found dust balls on the floor when we arrived.

Very nice location close to the Oxford Street, the cafes and restaurants and underground. The apartmentis are relatively big given the location in the centre.

Apartments are newly refurbished, very spacious and have all mod cons. The block was very quiet and very well maintained. My dealings with the letting agent were very good and all queries were dealt with very quickly. The location was very well catered with plenty of shops and eateries and very close to a tube station. Overall an excellent alternative to a hotel.

when we arrive the code for opening the safe key was not working. Inside, we have to wait half an hour between a guest and another to take a shower. The hot water suddenly ends!!!! the washing machine was not working and we call someone to fix it, who did it, however the drying machine was not working , so if you wash yr bath towels you can't dry it properly. the lift was always dirty, very dirty and it was very, very, slow. unbelievable slow. few towels, could have more, why not?
