Our experience of the hotel was excellent. Staff were friendly and helpful, the room was lovely, fresh, clean, quiet at night and well catered for, food was good and we were very impressed. I will most definitely stay their again when next visiting London, we had a lovely time!!. The staff were cheerful and helpful. The room was spacious and comfortable and it was quiet but near shopping, tube and places of interest. The guest reviews were good and turned out to be acurate.

Price for internet access is outrageous at 20 GBP per day.Only negative thing was the noise coming from the corridors, you can hear every door slam. the conseger. No. problem with window in the bedroom. Breakfasr was a little on the expensive side. The service in the bar/lobby area was very slow. Internet wireless costosissimo. The air conditioning facilities were noisy. the room was very hot but was rectified when one of your staff unlocked a window so we had fresh air. Good range of TV channels, but no radio in the room.yes 2of our 3 morning calls we did get. One minor grumble - The Mini Bar. As with many hotels, the Mini bar items were ridiculously expensive - even bottled water. If reduced by 50% to an acceptable price then their uptake would be greater, and they would still make a generous profit.Checking in:- this took a very long time, queries could have been passed onto concierge or the concierge should have assisted with checking in. Bed was on the small side, if we booked again we would upgrade to a King size, even though there was an additional cost for that. Also the price of breakfast at £17 was very expensive, we had breakfast down the road for less than half that price.No PPV TV. Very slow checkout.
