Fabulous 1930's Art Deco building in perfect location. Greataccomodation we even got upgraded to a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment.Very private and comfortable. Nice being able to wake up and make acafitiere of coffee before facing the world.

It is in a great location in London, so close to Knightsbridge and Harrods. 24hour reception really useful as we didn't have time to check in before our party. Great view of london from hotel room.

The staff were more than friendly and helpfull.

The room that i stayed in wasn't well maintained. There were cracks in the painting. The paint job was not good and tiles were missing or very old. But the room was clean and it was affordable. So a good price quality rate.

Having a completely equipped kitchenette was great. Couldn't ask for a better location - so close to tubes and fab restaurants/shopping etc.

Perhaps a small amount of toiletries (just the basics, like shampoo, conditioner, shower gel) could be provided - any hotel in this price range provides this sort of thing.

The room was nice, spacious and quiet. The kitchen was well equipped. Very nice view from our room on the 9th foor. Everything was quite clean.

One big complaint: there was no heating in the bathroom and the window would not close properly, therefore the bathroom was freezing cold. The management informed me that the heater had been disconnected in all bathrooms so they could do nothing about it. Also, there was no hair dryer.

The Cloisters was very central for my needs and very quiet. It had the ameneties I would have expected.

The quality of the decor in the room was poor and bore no resemblance to the website. The New in New Chelsea Cloisters does not refer to the fabric of the rooms, they are, at best old and tired and in need of refubishment.

Location and room was clean

The front desk startted phoning at 9 am to ask what time I was checking out ...this continued every 30 mins until I did at 11 am

The room need a new decoration. The door( bath room) couldn't close and the pillow is very old and flat. Not impressed. I will never go back again.
