The entire staff were extremely helpful,pleasant and polite.Rooms are very comfortable.We only had breakfast in the hotel(continental) and this was more than adequate.Will certainly stay there again next time I go to London.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Fantastic breakfast with choice of fresh fruit and lots of other healthy options. Little cakes delivered to room early evening....nice touch!

Breakfast room on the first morning was extremely busy. Nowhere to sit and other guests were going back to their rooms to be phoned when a table was available

Location, beautifully designed hotel.

I found dirty underwear in my bed which did not belong to me and spoke to the manager about their standards of housekeeping . He was apologetic and upgraded us on her second night and did not charge for second night. The managers response to their beds obviously not being changed was very professional .

Excellent location and nicely decorated hotel. The only negative was the quality of the bed linen. For some reason it was so hard and 'crisp' that it felt like you were sleeping in paper and made the noise of a sleeping bag. This was uncomfortable and brings down the quality of the room.

See above comments on linen. Not sure if this is applicable to all rooms, but for the price you are paying decent linen would be expected.

Convenient location to where we needed to be.

At 3pm told Room not yet 'checked' - Took an hour to find a room- Not given room booked but shown to another - noisy on the ground floor with courtyard outside, where, after midnight people talked loudly and smoked right outside our window so smoke wafted into our room! Bad, sloppy evening 'turn down' service - Not impressed especially as classed as a 'boutique' hotel
