The location of the LSE is fantastic. The rooms, whilst basic, were of a very good size for Central London, and the hotel was quiet. Overall the price of this hotel, given its location and size of rooms was excellent value. highly recommended. The rooms also had a kitchenette, meaning that if you wanted to have breakfast at home, or small meals, this is easily done.
Excellent accessible room for me in a wheelchair. Great to be situated close to reception.
Very close to theatres so I didn't have to rush for the train home after the performance.
Staff were lovely especially Jo. Informal and homely.
Spotless. Great to have kitchen to reduce cost of eating in London.all reviews »
Location was fantastic, theatre, bars and restraunts all on your door step. So much going on but not at all noisy of night time.
Would recommend this to family and friends and I will be using this place again. Superb value for money.
The location was perfect as most of the main attractions are within walking distance. The hotel was clean and the majority of the staff was very nice and helpful (especially the gentleman that worked the night shift).
Brilliant location near to Covent Garden on Drury Lane. To illustrate this, it is my first weekend in London where I never used to the tube yet managed 2 musicals, 7 meals, sight seeing Nd shipping.
The location was excellent for our theatre visit. Staff were very helpful. Room was comfortable for a short stay.
Location and price - in the heart of London (5 minutes walking from Covent garden) at approx 70£ per night.
It is a very central place to stay. Stayed in rear room - very quiet - had a good night's sleep.
Location, price, friendliness of staff, cleanliness of room, added bonus of litchen facilities.
staff was very friendly and helpful. room was comfortable and met our needs.
Drury lane just around the corner to the theatres in the west end handy.
Excellent location, clean, comfortable and affordable!.
Being right in the heart of theatre land!.
Mini kitchen with fridge

All positives.
Good budget ensuite clean student studios in a great Location - short walk for covent garden, leister square and theatres, in fact all central London attractions were walkable from here.
I liked the location and that the staff let us keep our bags there after we had checked out so we did not need to carry them around with us.
The position is absolutely perfect. It was clean and quite comfortable, being an university residence.
Common rooms, staff, food, location.
Price location.
Nothing of substance is negative about this hotel. Excellent value.
Two single beds would have been more appropriate. Or a camp bed for travelling companion. Carers don't want to sleep with their clients!...but do need to be in room.
Public could see in as windows not tinted. Net curtains not in place.
Nothing to dislike.
One of the female day shift workers was very rude.
Having stayed at lse roseberry we were disappointed that breakfast was not included.
Room was not cleaned every day.
No tv.
Not being available all year!!.
I would like to see a clock, radio, tissues in the room.
The bed could a been a little more comfy.
No tv.
The most uncomfortable bed ever. No air con.
A larger bed would have been nicer.
No negatives.
No air-con or TV in rooms
Free wifi meant you could stream TV on your ipad though.
Even with a fan, rooms a little warm in summer, but the windows open and cool enough at night time.
We had been out for a meal and returned back to the hotel after midnight to find the desk and kitchen wall covered in ants. We were exhausted after a long day of travelling and did not want the hassle of changing rooms at that time of night. We told the lady in the morning when we checked out who was not bothered. I didn't pay £90 for a room with ants in it. When we picked up the bags later my Mum enquired and the two girls on the desk knew nothing about it.
the sink was a bit too small, you could not open the window completely, some noises come from the road during the weekend nights.
Room was hot, no ventillation, staff did not fix the problem.
very very basic, for example no tv or radio. Its student accommodation so expect that and you will not be disappointed.
