Our clerk, Vee was superior. He thoroughly made sure everything was perfect for our stay and even worked with us when we needed to cancel a night last minute. Top notch in both friendliness and professionalism! The hotel is an ideal location for seeing the city, especially for what you pay! Also great for groups or family - our room would have comfortably fit 3-4 adults. Polite staff.....ground floor room with ensuite, comfy bed (Double instead of single room booked)no stairs to contend with and ramp at front for easy access for luggage. Fantastic location to transport, shopping..doctor, banks and close to inner london by tube, walking distance to everything.

Compared to the other hotels in this area it was the cheapest and best !!. It is the sixth time that I come in this hotel. It is very close to underground, bus, market e so on. It always is my first choice when I book a trip in London. Very nice and helpful personnel, very clean, simple design, very close to the public transport, surrounded. For the price it was an amazing hotel. friendly people working there, cleaning even often than we needed. Nice place close to city transport. The room was really clean and tidy.There were everything what we need. very cleaner. It was cheap. It was a little room with two beds, tea facilities, free internet. It was clean. Needed double glaze window to curb noise from street traffic and front door entry and office..Could do with fridge and microwave for long term stays.... We had a room at the front of the hotel so you can hear alot of noise from the main road. It's quite noisy, as you can hear the cars passing by. The water was changing from warm to hot. If You have a room on top floor You might hit Your head too often if You are not careful. The shower was leaking and it was allways wet in the bathroom. No prior notification they require identification of a passport when other hotels never ask for this. Heater didn't work so given a portable fan but staff were polite Hot water runs out fairly quickly for showers so need to be early riser Attention required on redecorating in particular within bathroom but functional. The shower and the wall wasn't clean. The bed was loud. I stayed in a double room and found the entrance very cramped. The shower room was a large cupboard. You had to open the door to get dry when you got out of the shower, or if you wanted to use the washbasin you had to open the door to avoid hitting your elbow on the towel rail. I am fairly small, larger people would find it very difficult.The shower room needed a jolly good clean. everything else. we did not like at all.the location was scary. Uncomfortable bed Very small Overall not very pleasing Poor Internet service. All of it it was dirty the shower leaked and I would never stay there again. the heater in the room was broken and had to have an additional small heater put in they wanted to know what time we were planning on being back to the room sheets were dirty.
