The staff was nearly perfect and helpful, they solved our problems immediately. Although there were 2 kids beside us i feel myself very safe. It was quiet hotel and confortable. The place was very close to metro station and shop market, so it is east to city tour. We visit some schools there, the people living in thatarea were very helpful We always walk around the hotel, there were many families. I loved hotel garden, otopark and trees. There was cattle in the room that we liked so much and Wi.

Once you arrive at the hotel you don't need a car, its next to the DLR, which some would say is a disadvantage but there was no sound, in fact we had 2 very peaceful nights. The Brewers fayre was very busy, but the staff were very polite and friendly, the food was great, very efficient, we will be back. The rooms were very clean, spacious and tidy with prompt and efficient cleaning every morning. The amenities in the rooms were excellent and both my son and I felt relaxed and at ease using the Premier Inn. The close proximity to the DLR was very useful; as was the shopping precinct over the road. Location was perfect, we were on transit to Kent and spent two days in London. With the DLR very close by, we could reach the center in less than an hour. The hotel was clean, the staff very friendly and breakfast was typically and nicely English, albeit not cheap. It is an excelent hotel, near a Metro station, it could include breakfast for you that is great option because it is worth it, clean, big room, it includes Wifi 30 minutes a day free, parking code for your car. Tt totally woth it ¡¡¡. Though I stayed alone while there, the provision of free breakfast to children accompany guests is good. The location of the hotel is also good for people seeking to rest and free from distractions of the main city. It was only a matter of crossing the road to get to the dlr and the centre of London, it was ideally placed for us to return North without using the Dartford crossing, the attitude and friendliness of the staff. Short 2 min walk to Becton station to catch train into centre of London - full day ticket on any train or underground £7.50 per person is good value, trains run every 5 minutes. The venue was fairly priced and ideal for travelling into the City and Thames area - It is next to the Docklands light railway with excellent service right up until 12 midnight. Very quiet and clean. Large rooms, comfortable beds. Breakfast was okay. Public transport near the hotel - bus station and DLR. Definitely recommend it. Confort of the room. Premier Inn rooms are always very confortable. The room was quite crowded with four beds and very hot - no airco. you can get wet because of the rain. The reason is that it has like 3 buildings that are without roof in the parking spot. Could not have air- conditioner in the room despite the hot weather prevailing during my visit. Though I managed the fan provided. A very minor complaint was that the heating failed but the temperature of the room was fine. As it failed not long before we left the staff had no time to fix it. Price of room only. The hotel reception we received restaurant voucher, which is valid in the Easter holidays. Take 1 meal + 1 get for free. Voucher we did not use, because the restaurant staff told us that it is only on Friday and Monday. Although we dined at the restaurant three times. For the future it is necessary, that all staff know what offer their guests. Heating system not great in room. Wifi was only free for 1/2 an hour.only bad point I have to make about the hotel.everything else was great. When we arrived we tried to have dinner at the restaurant when a terrible fight between drunk people started & the staff was just watching! Then they asked as to leave the room!!!!. It was a bit cold, although we try to put the heatign to the Max( The temp outside was -1 ), no Ironing facility or Landury. I new that but it is really far from the center of London. In 2012 during my stay at your Beckton London Hotel I got stuck in the lift for 1.5 hours! As it was due to a lift failure I was promised by the manager a free meal and a one nights free stay at a time of my choosing. Unfortunately I was never contacted again after the incident and never received The promised gesture from Premier Inn. A little disappointing. Rooms were too hot. Could do with air conditioning although the fan provided was some help. Booking a quad room and getting a double room suitable for disabled people. Unfortunately the rooms have no air conditioning & the room was stiflingly hot, couldn't open the window either as were on the main road & the traffic noise was too great. the location was not the most scenic. Not a real dislike, more a remark: DLR is really near, however, it is still 20-25 min to Tower Gateway/Tower Hill station (last DLR station/closest underground station), so you need app.45 min/1 hr to most places you will want to visit. Didn't sleep a wink because of the heat. We had 3 fans in the room plus the window open and it was still 30°. We decided to stay here last minute thinking it would make our day in London easier if we stayed the night before travelling from Hull. We ended up worse off as we were all too tired to really enjoy london. Not happy at all. Unfortunately the room was unbearably hot all night despite 2 oscillating fans. This was unacceptable for a family with children as the drone noise caused problems and the heat disturbed our sleep. - bad smell on reception. The room was so hot as to be unbearable. The extractor fan in the bathroom did not seem to work as the room was steamed up. Not having free wifi. Small 'put me up' bed was a bit hard!. Stationary shower. no aircon (but not an issue at this price level). The rooms to hot!. Not enough milk sugar in room. Having no free wireless internet connection. No air conditioning.
