fantastic location in the heart of shops and restaurants but still very quiet inside the hotel.

restaurant staff were quite slow and often difficult to locate during dinner time. We weren´t the only ones to notice this as we heard other customers complaining.

Staff on reception were unfriendly , our room wasn't ready at 3pm and eventually we got a room at 5.30 pm. A single friend was travelling with us and being charged 19 pounds for breakfast as this was the rate per room seems very unfair, staff in breakfast area were bored, un attentive .

The location was excellent. The bed was very comfortable and a welcome site after a full day Christmas shopping.

Bathroom was not very clean - we had to clean to bath before use. The mini bar had not been replenished after the previous occupier and the hotel tried to charge us for the missing items (although they did remove the cost from the invoice after we challenged them).

The beds were extremely comfortable and the staff very accommodating making mine and my party's trip very enjoyable.

Unfortunately, the bathroom door to one of the rooms booked didn't shut, but this wasn't a problem and was reported during checkout.

The location is excellent as walking distance to Buckingham palace, embankment and shops. Rooms clean and comfortable breakfast excellent great choices. Staff happy and efficient. I wll definately stay again.

Seemed hotel hasn’t been renovated for very long time, all the furniture was very used. Also Wi-Fi can be used just for two devices!!!!!! Not mentioned that it wasn’t even for free of charge.

Staff member on arrival was fantastic, and room cleaning staff very very good. Excellent hotel, facilities and staff. Very good value for money. Would stay again without question.

Hotel was well placed for most London attractions. Not too large a hotel.

Restaurant very expensive for breakfast - charging an additional £4 for not pre-booking! On the one occasion we had breakfast the coffee was awful. Had wonderful breakfasts for a third of the price around the corner in Piccadilly at Cafe Pierre opposite The Ritz.

Location superb, supermarket across the road, many tourist attractions within walking distance, with hop on hop off bus stop across the road, underground 50m, marvellous café around cnr to hotel. Marvellous. Only minus is no free internet except in lobby

hot water good and good pressure also,great to have a bath. loved the pillow choice and the magazines much appreciated. Loved the wall paper nice bright and comtempory.

The dark colour and carpet in the hall. A piece of a toilet was left on the corridor for the 2 days of our stay. there were no guest umbrellas available all day or in the evening when we were going out for dinner.

Great location in central London. About 150 meters from the Green Park tube station -> straight access to the Heathrow airport and most London areas). Very nice hotel in every important aspect.

The rooms are not sound proof. I had a room on the street side (Berkeley) and you hear the people/caars throughout the night. Also the internal walls are not soundproof.

Excellent location in heart of Mayfair, opposite The Ritz and close to Picadilly, theatres etc. Room spacious and beds very large and comfortable. Although so central, very quiet.

Happy with facilities. We were upgraded on arrival. Car parking facility appreciated. Excellent location for our requirements.

Great location for walking and public transport. Plus if you arrive at London Gatwick with luggage and take the train to Victoria it is not far in a taxi.

It was a lovely location, near the Ritz Hotel and all the sights and shops of W1.

The shower did not work very well as the water was not coming out of all the holes in the shower head. It was not up to standard for the price of £170 per night. On departure I was asked to pay for some items from the mini bar although we had not used anything. I did think that the staff could have been more welcoming.
