the hotel is a bit old-fashioned but facilities are excellent

the information given to booking .com was not given to hotel? arrived to find i had a double bed not twin room as specified on booking,complimentary drinks given while we waited 40 mins?? if i did not have the copy of booking might have been a different story,hotel said they did not receive my note on booking for twin room?

The hotel is very centraly situated. It was nice to have a concierge service, they were helpfull to assist with whatever one needed assistance to.

I didnt like that there has not been a wi-fi available in the hotel room, only in the lobby. I also think a hotel like Hilton shold provide a wi-fi connection free of charge.

Location - close to Westfield London.

Don't like not being able to use drinks fridge to store shop-bought water. Movies too expensive. Staff talking in the corridor noisily when posting bills under the door in the morning.

The matress was superb. We had the best sleep ever.

The cleaning lady did not speak English well so it was not easy tocommunicate. Firstly, they opened the door a 8 o'cock in the morning todeliver the newspaper. THey could have slipped it under the door.Moreover, new towels were added every day but the previous ones wereleft behind. So after a four night stay we ended up with a pile oftowels in our bathroom.

Check in was terrible no brand standards at all even basic things like breakfast times etc. Had Ceaser Salad in the Restaurant terrible sauce watery and tasteless, main course was fine but my colleagues steak wasn't great. Staff did not ask untill clearing how was our meal. Breakfast was quite good but again no interaction with staff to give comments. Not once was I asked how did I enjoy my stay ?
