It was wonderful to be able to walk to just about all the sites. The cafes and markets in our street were great. Regency Café for breakfast was a lot of un and a good feed to start the day. The staff were prompt replying to any queries

I fail to see how anyone could fail to be impressed by these apartments. 1] location was tops.So close to the tube.Interesting locality.Plenty of good pubs and eating establishments nearby. 2] Felt very secure. 3] Apartment was modern and clean.Good bed and shower. 4]Wifi worked and was reasonable speed. 5]Very warm.The under floor heating was great.It needed to be as we struck a cold period in London. 6]Its spacious,good sized rooms.

Nothing of any consequence .Believe me dont look any further if this apartment is available.

Location and facilities were fantastic. Very spacious, safe, comfortable flat! Staff responded quickly to any questions/concerns.

The bedrooms need light-blocking shades. The street light outside is very bright and makes the bedrooms bright at night. Also, the bathroom mirror needs a light and the bathroom needs more towel hooks. The living room couch needs to be fixed or replaced as the back is broken.

Perfect location, a lot of space for 2 adults and 2 children (10&13), comfortable beds, all kitchen facilities for cooking, 3 min walk to St James Park station.

The shall inform about the password to enter the apartment beforehand before arival, if not - be ready to call by phone (don' forget their phone number with you). Rather cold in the rooms, Heating is not good for November ( but people say that the same is everywhere in London)

Great location central to everything in London with a bus stop/underground station just around the corner. Comfortable accommodation.

They changed our door codes on us and we could not get in. We ended up have to ring them which cost a fair bit of money with no UK sim card for the phone. Bathroom had loose tiles on the floor and tap kept coming off and dropping into the shower bay.

The location is excellent. The facilities are very good. The staff are very friendly and responsive. I would certainly recommend staying there to anyone who comes to London on a sightseeing or shopping trip.

The nearby Victoria street can be pretty busy and noisy at night and especially on warm nights when the windows must stay open to keep the inside of the apartment cool this might be a bit of a problem.

It was a quiet and clean apartment in a great location. It was easy to walk to almost all the tourist attractions. There were several pubs nearby that had great food. The staff were available and helpful, particularly one lady who helped us a lot when we were expecting some tickets delivered. (I wish I remembered her name) We would stay here again.

Great Location. Great access to lots of amenities. Having a kitchen. Being able to do laundry. Having the use of a lock box. Responsiveness of your staff to questions & concerns & bringing to our attention that items were left; handling the shipping of item back to the USA for us.

Bathroom door sticks. Difficult to get certain doors, drawers & especially the dishwasher door open in the kitchen.
