Scrambled eggs at breakfast were way over cooked and inedible. The sausages had no flavour. Luckily I prefer the continental side of breakfast.

Hotel staff are friendly and helpful.

On 26.12.2001, hotel staff booked a taxi for us from hotel to Heathrow Airport Terminal 3. We were told by the staff that the taxi fare was 25 pounds. However, the taxi driver requested us to pay 50 pounds (double the price) on arrival of the airport.

The room was a good size, with a comfortable bed. In spite of being near the station and a main road, the hotel felt quite tranquil inside. Good variety of food for breakfast.

The staff was very nice and helpful, the room and also the bathroom wasspacious and really clean.

There were always too many people and too little space at the breakfasttime, but it was not a really big problem :-)

when we arrived there was a mistake with our booking but reception rectified this very quickly. the rooms were lovely, very clean and the air conditioning was very good. rooms were cleaned every day and fresh towels were given every day

Staff very helpful. Very good bathroom - best shower pressure of all the places we stayed at. Very good location - close walking distance to the train and resturants (down the same street as the train station)

Pillows too high. Would like thinner pillows. Everything else was good.

Great Room, Clean, Spacious, Comfortable. Good and Quiet Location (not central london but very easy with a lot of trains at Wandsworth Town Station (5 mins away)). Considering Prices for decent London Hotels this is a great option. I paid ~£110 pn.

Very basic Breakfast. Burnt toast, dry rolls, instant coffee, shrink wrapped cheese sticks... Orange Juice Machine out of stock for 2 whole weeks! Staff mostly nice and helpful except for one female manager who was unfriendly, unhelpful and generally not interested in helping each time I encountered here (3 times).

The breakfast was disappointing.......... Especially the coffee............Real coffee is somrthing you got at most hotels now not the stuff that comes out of your machines.

Standard, what you'd expect from a chain hotel. Continental breakfast was also a plus.

Location -- not too useful for tourists, not close to anything and not near a subway/tube station.

some nice retaurants very near by and a nice area of the city

the breakfast area was not big enough for the amount of people and the bed had stains.
