only stayed one evening. location. I booked double room shared, but got ensuite, not bad at all. Nice location. It is close to the city center.friendly helpful staff. The location is very good, next to Victoria station. The Victoria underground gives you quick access to the main London attractions. We booked the hotel at the last time and it was the cheape we found in the centre. The room was quite big and there was tea and coffee machine. Good location and friendly staff. location. staff were friendly and efficient. the cost and the location + we had a 5 bedded room (although very packed and not very useful for just a couple!). cheap, clean linen. The location. The area is safe. The hotel is close to victoria's tube station. Only the convenient location. there is only one computer with internet and is on the collin house. No toilet in the room and shared bathroom, but both been tidy and no queues.I booked at the Eaton Hotel but when I arrived I was told to go to theCollin house hotel and then told I was staying at the Rosedene. This wasa bit of a nuisance as I had told people that I was at the Eaton. toilet moist on the wall. shower did not work.very thin walls, you can hear neighbors too god. There were no internet connection available.stairs (no lift), floor of toilet had puddle of water from shower. The bathroom was like a train's bathroom.Very small and there was a weird smell. The room was not cleaned at all, just a change of the tea and coffee supplies and of the towels. My room and bathroom were dirty and the rat poison in the bathroom didn't make me feel overly comfortable. I also expected there to be toilet paper provided but this was not the case. I paid for double roo but was given a room with 6 bunks which looked more or less like a hostel. There was no no soap and shampoo in the bathroom. The loo obviously hadn't been bleached for weeks, there was no hot water, the curtains were two feet too short, my towel wasn't changed, the lights didn't work and the TV didn't work! Only consider this hotel if you are desperate for a roof over your head!. security level and professionalism. run down bathroom facilities, dirty carpets, uncomfortable mattress. Very spartan - adequate for a one night stay if you don't intend to do anything but arrive, go out and come back to sleep. The room was outrageously small. There was no elevator and besides the bed sheets, everything else was not adequately clean and tidy. Dirty room, broken furniture, smelly en-suite, uncomfortable bed, no daily room cleaning service, A really awful experience!.
