The apartment was spacious and clean, the staff were friendly and courteous, and the area is ideal for the West End, without being West End prices.

Fantastic bed - really comfortable! Great decor and excellent facilities.

Building works over the road started at 9am on saturday morning - but this is beyond the hotels control. I had hoped we'd have a river view - but it didn't really matter.

They were extremely nice and upgraded me. The service was vry polite and friendly. The room clean and comfortable and very quiet. A perfect stay.

Signage to and in the hotel could be improved, I was not alone wandering around a little lost.

The staff was very friendly. The hotel is located in a very nice part of London, and easily accessible by the underground. The Dolphin House is a new building, everything is new in the rooms. Huge bed :) We booked very last minute, so it was great value for money.

The apartment was very spacious and well decorated. The Dolphin House facilities are excellent with an indoor pool, fitness center, and on-site restaurant. My favorite feature were the beautiful gardens on-site and the hotels location next to St. George's gardens and church, Pimlico station and the short and nice walk to Victoria station (when the Victoria line was down for repairs)

I had trouble gaining internet access. I called in the morning and got no response from the front desk. But after getting back from a day touring London, I called again. The gentleman, Francisco Afonso, whom they sent to help, was able to gain access (which was not easy due to all of the security apps on my computer) and was extremely helpful in giving me tips for my stay and a delight to talk to.

the staff was extremely polite and always helpful and friendly. the room (suite) is actually consisting of two rooms and a kitchenette (very spacy). very clean rooms with new furnitures and the best of all - situated very close to the heart of London (24 hour operating bus line to the centre and victoria station). hotel has small shops inside and nearby two supermarkets.

Being able to check in at three in the afternoon and delay departure until noon,enabled us to enjoy the excellent leisure facilities. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean, well appointed and pleasantly furnished.

it's a beautiful hotel quiet near the tube station, the room is very big and new.
