The friendliness of staff, particularly on the front desk.

The heating couldn't be controlled and we found the room too hot.

Very friendly staff and a good breakfast buffet included in the price.

The bed was softer than any bed that I've slept in before. Like a big ball of cotton wool.

Great location. Essentially all services available. Warm breakfast.

Rooms are small. The renovated ones are in any case much better than the old ones.
