The shared bathroom should be cleaned more often and the towels need to be changed once a day.

Basic hotel Facilities at a fair price. Friendly and helpful staff.

Work was in progress in some parts of the hotel. It would be wellcome for some of the facilities in the rooms to be refurbished.

Its central location was very good, and the breakfast was much better than that served at comparable hotels I've stayed at.

The hot water did not work in the shower on the first of my two mornings there.

my door was left open by the maid, although nothing was taken I question the security. Also I asked for another pillow but none arrived.

my room was in the fifth floor and the lift was only up to the forth. The hunidity was high in the bathroom

When I arrived I was not told how to lock door of room and had to ask as it was an unusual method. There was a severe problem with the washroom on my floor. There was water sripping from teh ceiling and from the strip light attached to the ceiling. It was a real health hazard. I told the people at reception but they didn't seem very interested.

It was very near an underground station and had all the needs around the area of the hotel.

We booked a room for four with bathroom. The room was very very small, we asked the hotel to change it and they did after the first night.

It's a nice place. There were 2 adults and 2 kids in our party and it was great for the price we paid. It was a bed which was all we needed. Also a really good pressure shower.

I didn't like the breakfast.It's down to taste. I was expecting a bed and that's what we got. Main issue was the fire alarm went off at 6.30am and when we inquired whether we should get out we were told no should be ok yet they didn't check and didn't know which room had set the alarm off yet they presumed it was set off by someone smoking in thier room. Was a bit unclear esp when you have 2 kids.

The rooms were very basic which is what we were expecting for £25 a night. Without a hotel offering these cheap basic rooms we couldn't of made the trip

Breakfast. We could leave our bags free of charge after we had checked out.

The toilet was blocked and the bath was filthy, I mentioned it but nothing was done about it. The staff were quite unhelpful at times.

It was clean and the desk staff were well mannered.

I travel alot and have stayed in some questionable places (especially inLondon) but the Cromwell Court has the worst concept of customer serviceimagineable. I was put into a basement room next to the cleaning rooms.The matress is old and the coils dig into the back.

The hotel was very central and a short walk from the tube station which I think is the best way to travel in London.

they gave us very small and old uncomfortable room not much bigger then a closet with a tiny bathroom nothing like shown on a pictures on internet

Got allocated a room next to an area being renovated. Builders left radio blarring which could be heard in my room... had to request 3 times that the hotel staff do something about this - they did sort it eventually.

Convenience and price

Room was grubby and damp, and the tv was one channel only and no volume

I have booked a number of times with booking com... and have been at cheaper hotels before than the Cromwell Crown hotel. I hardly found a difference which could reason for the higher price in the Cromwell in comparrison to the other hotels which I have booked in the past. All were in Zone 1. the only thing that was different, was that the Cromwell had a slightly bigger room.

In all other hotels I had booked with booking com I had a water kettle + some coffee + tea bags, which you come to appreciate especially when you check in late and have to leave before breakfast time in the morning in order to go to the airport, so I missed that small extra service. I had a room with own shower but looked into those on the floor, they weren't clean + really smelly.

Good location, near tube. Good hot water. Has elevator. Good staff

Didnt like the hotel. It wasnt clean enough, the carpets and courtains could use a really good wash, so do the windows. The bathroom has good hot water but should be cleaned afeter 2 or 3 people bath. The breakfast is basic.Internet acces didnt work. Didnt have adaptors to charge camera battery

Location was close to the tube station,

No storage room for your luggage, one had to leave it in the dining room where anyone had access to. Loads of construction and renovations going on in the hotel, it was very dusty in the hotel.
