The location,friendly staff who were very informative,the room was enough for what we needed.All in all it was a very pleasant stay. It was well run, very friendly and helpful staff, fully equiped and no nonsense check in and out-will be returning. It was in a perfect position. Staff very friendly and helpful. Though I was early, and I was not supposed to be checking in for another hour, the man on reception was very helpful and managed to get me in to another room so that I was able to leave my things and head out for the day.the friendliness of those who worked there made me feel at ease so i enjoyed my stay much more. i loved the comfort of the bed i slept in it was the most comfortable i had been all summer :). Hotel position very central, very near Oxford street and certain theatres. Room contained all facilities as advertised and hotel kept in good condition.the closeness to the tube, and open 24hours. friendly staff. the room was small but perfectly adequate for our needs. staff on reception ver helpful with directions. the design of the rooms, location. Tourism. The staff were always very friendly and helpful. I was given a quietroom away from stairwell and elevator, as I requested. The room was a bit small, but I wasn't there to stay in the room, it was just a base camp, so that didn't matter. I have stayed in much more expensive hotels that are much worse than this. Very close to the center, beside the british museum. Staff were very kind. It's a little expensive, but quality/price is ok because we are talking about London.The room was slightly small but for the price we paid we couldnt grumble. It was clean, warm and comfortable. Location is superb!. Couldn't get BBC 1 on my television but no real probplem.The lift is a bit scary so we used the stairs. I was unable to sleep long in the morning because of cleaning going on in the corridors. I probably wouldn't have minded if it weren't for the fact that the day before had been spent at a beer festival!. the fairly cramped lift :(. quiet difficult to find as great russel steet is very long! directions from the nearest tube would of been good.the hotel was rather noisy during the night/early morning. It is a little bit noisy because NO double class on windows. TV has few channels only.The lift needs complete overhaul. a bathroom floor was icecold. the room are very small. we had to change our room to a sweet to get a good size room. but the mannager and staff were very helpfull.;. radiator leakage in first room, then moved 2 times to finally find good room. the room was small. Very cold in the bathroom. room was small. it would have been very cramped if we had had cases. our room was on the first floor facing a busy street, it was a bit noisey. After being out walking all day and trying to rest a technician testing electrical outlets and appliances insisted he be admitted to perform these tests even after we asked him to come back another day as someone in the room was trying to sleep.Television had 3 chanels which were on the wrong number chanels which was slighlty anoying, room was very hot. The room was tidy but quite small for a double bed. Bed was not very comfortable for a long stay. Breakfast (optional) was quite expensive for such a basic sortiment.Noise from the streets. Access to rooms on upper floors was only available via lift, this would not be to bad except the lift was painfully slow to arrive and again slow opening its doors. The windows in our room would not open and thas reall is about it...Rooms were a little compact. The TV only had channels 4 and BBC3 plus news and German channels. The room was quite small, but enough for a days.
