The hotel was lovely and very pleasant staff when you arrived.Great bonus not having to pay for parking.A lot if stairs to the room.Our room was lovely very compact.The bed was so comfortable and all very clean.Had a wonderful sleep and ordered breakfast in bed which was great.No trouble for the staff 3 young ladies brought it to our room.Would definitely recommend to any one else.We went to the O2 for the evening and it was so easy to get there about 20 mins one bus and tube drive away.
all reviews » Very pleased when arrived lots of free parking and was greeted by friendly staff at reception, the bar had a HUGE selection of beer and wines. I Tried food from the menu and it was lovely with generous portions and reasonably priced, they also do breakfast at reasonable prices. The rooms were not massive but perfectly adequate and extreamely clean. The shower was a power shower that really was heavenly. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay and will definately return. This is very nice beautiful charming hotel near Prince Regent Docklands station and ExCell in London-easy city connection. It looks special near high bildings of Bisness hotels like Romada, hotel Inn, etc.that what I wished me. The staff is competent, friendly, helpful, speaking many languages. I've enjoy my stay. Breakfast was good, always fresh quickly prepared. I will recommend it and stay by occasion again. George, the manager is the nicest guy I've ever met in the hotel industry. His hospitality and positive attitude is top. Back door entrance was not lit very well considering there are steps it was a bit dangerous. Nothing. the ceiling in my room 8 experienced a dripping leek through the ceiling light on to my belongings from the room above, On ringing reception it was dealt with as best she could by the lady on duty but apparently this is not the first time. nothing to not like really. It wasn't a bandwidth issue, but capacity for number of connections. There wasn't anything I didn't like. Sometimes had to wait a little longer to order food in the restaurant area (waiter service) than would have liked but they were very busy and it wasn't a long wait, just could have done with being slighter quicker. was dissappointed that offer of lift to airport did not materialise. Room is a bit small. Wifi didn't reach the 2nd floor (had to go downstairs to use it). Just a bit too far from the city centre and for us it would be better if it were located to the west of the city!. no airconditioning. We were on the first floor, which unfortunately meant we could hear the hustle and bustle of the bar and restaurant downstairs, but once the bar closed it was a very quiet night. Slight Airport noise ?. Room was small so only ok for one night. Poor little pub hotel looks a bit marooned among the mega blocks all round it. Bath fittings a bit obscure. Hard to tell hot from cold and the bath outlet itself is a click-click open and close push plug rather than a release knob. Both trivial. It's a 10 from me overall. No lift. No lift and rooms are over 3 floors. Nothing around the area (you would need a car to travel). Draft through window (but it was very cold outside), I was on the top floor and there's no lift!!! :-). The menu has very few healthy food options Tried to contact the hotel by phone and had no reply Maps for safe running routes No lift. No cold water for the sink,both taps produced hot and very hot water. Thats a first usually no hot water.
