It was very good situated within walking distance to virtually everywhere. The hotel was clean and the staff friendly and helpful.

The staff were friendly, professional, and responded promptly to a couple of problems with my understanding of the air con and tv channels with good humour. The location was great.

The bed linen was not good quality, and the pillows were very soft - we could have done with a couple more.

This is the best hotel I had ever stayed in London. It has all facilities a busy traveller needs including excellent free internet in the rooms and wireless in the lobby, very responsive staff, spacious and impeccably clean rooms. For me optional daily cleaning is a big advantage too - no overzealous cleaners desperate to clean the room regardless of the don't disturb sign!

The hotel was right in the middle of camden, which meant that there were a lot of clothes shops, food stores, restaurants, and coffee shops right on the door step. This hotel was a great place to stay and i would definately be staying there again in the future.

Great location.Kitchenette very handy for breakfast.Good space in theliving room.

Check in time of 3 is a bit late.Also only one lift was working, whichmeant you had to wait a bit longer to get to and from your room.

The location was excellent for getting around London. I was visiting the Aldwych Theatre and this was within walking distance as were bars and restaurants in the west end afterwards.

I thought it was a little expensive for 1 night stay, however, the location made up for this. I didn't appreciate paying upon arrival only to be told i had a £4.00 balance on departure, the full amount had been pain only for the receptionist to enter the amount incorrectly. I know this is not alot, however, it was the reaction i got from the receptionist upon departure.

It is right in the heart of the action, and was central to all major tourist attractions

Toilet was broken and wouldn't flush properly - though the hotel didprovide the forms to fill in if something like this happened.

I liked the ability to book on-line.

The room description said one queen bed and 2 twin beds however the twin beds were not set up as they were part of the couch.

Convient location to main attractions. Clean and well equiped room, kitchen and bathroom. Good value for money considering location

Guests should be aware that it is an apart'hotel. Although rooms are relatively big, the beds are sofa beds (very new and clean sofa beds though) Check out is at 11am on the button, check in 3pm no exceptions(a little strict for the lazy traveller)

Very convenient location. Less than 3 mins' walk from Holborn tube station

No daily cleaning services available (only weekly). Hence the room was not cleaned during our 4 nights' stay. Would be good to offer daily cleaning services for customers on short stays.

It was not cleaned during the duration of the stay. This was not aproblem but it was not explained upon check in. I was expecting it buthappy not to have it - I do think it necessary to explain on check in.

The staff were very friendly and the location was fantastic. The TV channels were very child friendly. We had a good stay overall.
