Comfortable, clean bed.
Quiet, good nights sleep
Kitchen, washing machine, dining area. Fast free wifi.
relaxed, good location, very clean, you had the use of a house and not just a room in a hotel.

Guest house is near the overground station and railway station which make my travel more easier.
My room was big, tidy and clean;
Staff was polite;
Location is ok;.
clean, it has kichen to cook.
This house is located right next to the Manor Park railway station (a
return ticket to Liverpool Street costs 6.90).
Was quiet and clean. Kitchen amenities were decent.
- 5 minutes to train station.
Good value for money.
The room was warm.
The room itself was fine. The young man who came to the house to greet us was nice.
you could get home easily cause the busline 25 is driving all night.
Not much, the bedrooms were satisfactory.
Not much.
1 toilet which was in the only bathroom for 5 rooms. Having to go downstairs to use the bathroom
The front & back yards were a disgrace - very un English. Weeds a metre high. A broken smoke detector, which beeped constantly & which the owner was aware of.
Tiny, faded card high on the door with the number to phone to get let in - lucky it wasn't raining.
no parking! and no parking anywhere nearby! we paid to park on somebody's driveway which was a 45minute walk away at least.
Back door, needs to be well secure. No cold water in the taps on the bathtub.
this is a suburuban area, takes 1hour bus ride to get to the centre, frequent traffic problems, no tv in room, far from city centre. also, i had a problem at checking in,as the door to this house was closed and nobody opened.so i called the owner and had to wait for 20 min or more to get the keys.
Only one bathroom in the house and the shower is out of order...:(.
Bathroom shared among five rooms, and usually not very clean (the first night was actually filthy);
Staff was not there when I arrived, had to call them and wait for them in the common room;
There is no sign on the door, and it's quite difficult to find;.
too many people use just one toitet.
The standard room was described as "spacious, with wardrobe and
sofa", but it turned out to be tiny, with just a double bed. We
could hardly fit our luggage in. The internet didn't work at all,
which was very annoying. The onwers were hard to reach. It surely
wasn't the cleanest place I've lived in. Considering the price
of a train ticket, it might by wiser to book a place within a walking
distance from the city centre.
No one was really around on premises. Other guests let us into the house and we had to call someone and wait 30 mins to check in. This happened again to people checking in the next day. It is far from the downtown though it is close to 2 train stations going in.
- One bathroom (small sink, bathtub, toilet) for 12 beds. No shelf or whatsoever
- Personell needed 25 minutes to arrive after we had to call them at 5:30 p.m.
- Very small room. Not even able to open the door!
- No space in room to put stuff, no shelf, locker, ...
- Big window in door so always light from the hall inside the room during night
- badly soundproofed
- internet extremly slow all the time
- only one blanket for two persons
- Internet pictures did not represent the room at all
- ...
Fleas in bedroom. Bathroom unfitted. No en suite facilities.
The room wasn't clean at all and there was all sorts under the bed.
The bathroom was a poor standard and the plug in the sink was broken.
The place looked terrible on the outside, broken wall/tiles.
Very very very dirty.....disgusting....everything was dirty....and the smell in the house was awful....i wouldn't advice no one to go there...
The place was dirty. The floor in the kitchen was filthy and the bathroom had a dead beatle under the sink. Looking out the kitchen window the backyard was covered in weeds two to three feet high. The front outside looked like a dump. It took us over an hour to get there by underground, a lot longer than we expected or planned. As we had no cell-phone, we had to find a phone down the street from the station to contact the owner who by that time thought we weren't coming.
everything else.
The cockraoches in the bathroom.
The grass growing in through the back door.
The unhelpful staff.
The one towel we were provided for the two of us for our two night stay.
The faulty front door lock that pushed open.
The disasterous front and back lawns that were like jungles.
The one bathroom between 5 bedrooms.
The very poor location.
The unmarked exterior, it was more like rough student accommodation.
Dirty, completely different from the pictures on letsbookhotel.com. Truly disappointed.
Don't go there.
Parking facility is worst as I paid £ 265.00 penalty.
