Great location, just next to DLR, Bus stops and few minutes walk to Tube. 24-hour supermarket just opposite. Rooms are spacious enough clean and was cleaned every day. You have all kitchen ware you need.

Location was VERY good, DLR in neighbourhood, Tube 300 metres. Rooms spacy enough. Own small kitchen is big advantage. Shop with food 24/7 just across the street. I think it is one of the best accomodations you can get for this price in zone 2.
Room was nice and warm, everything there you needed.
The only downside is that apartments only accessible by stairs from backyard without lift, but it wasn't big problem for us.
Front is offputting as is reception. Not enough cutlery.
Lots of stairs to apartment, not an issue for us but mobility impaired would have one.
Some kitchen things are not cleaned.
the outside of the hotel can be off putting as it's not as described on the site...
Lot of stairs, not very good for older people. Room could be more clean, dishes were not washed. One room didn't smell really good when we arrived. Very noisy street, we didn't really have rpoblem with it, but somebody can have sleeping issues.
The noise from the street as there was no double glazing.
