Very suitable for tourist - all place of interests are no far from. Room was very small but if you use it just for a sleep - you don't need more. Buses and tube in 5 minutes by foot.

It will be nice to have in the room more flatware (wineglass, knife, corkscrew)

The location of the hotel was excellent and most convenient for our stay in London.Nearby bus route to the West End and easy walking route to the sites of Westminster made it ideal.

I visit London, on business, twice a year. This is well above the standard of every other hotel I have stayed at, within ny upper budget limit of £80 pppm.The staff were friendly and helpful - the room well appointed and spotlessly clean.

Some noise from other guests returning in the early hours of the morning.

Modern very clean comfortable hotel. Excellent breakfast with goodchoices. An upgrade to a larger room made the stay even better as we areboth in our 70s.and not very mobile. Bathroom was spacious.

Shower base was slippery and a non-slip mat was not provided.

It was small but for our purposes just what we needed. The variety of the breakfest could use some help as it was the same menu every day and would have like to have hot cereal on the menu.

The room was very small but perfect for what we were looking for. We spent all day walking and sight seeing and the room was warm, clean and comfortable to come back to. The reception staff were very nice and helpful. We bought our tickets for tours around london from the reception desk which was very helpful and saved alot of time and confusion of where to go.
