The staff were really friendly and we were given a really nice room with a view of the park.

Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Food was great, we wre running on a very tight schedule and the kitchen made sure that our order was fulfilled very quickly.

There were no coffee/tea making facilities in the room. Very dark and dimly lit, felt a little claustrophobic, but that maybe personal choice.

Enjoyed staying here and would do so again! Very modern and the staff exceptionally friendly! Always willing to help and make our stay comfortable! The concierge had amazing suggestions for restaurants and walks - we followed his ideas and had a wonderful time. Would love to come and back and definitely would stay at this hotel!

The style of the hotel, very very clean, staff very helpful and professional. The restaurant is excellent.

Very Clean, one of the few hotels that i don't mind using their towels because the look good and smell nice,the ironer and the hair dryer are always clean, those little things are what made me come back for them again.

1-This time their service was slow, room service was horrible during this stay. 2-the door service was very slow and the door is very heavy to be opened. 3-standard rooms are very small but most london hotel rooms are,

A perfect stay in the luxurious area of embassys, in walking distance to Harrods and Green/Hyde Park. Style and functionality combined made it one of my best city stays ever!

Location was excellent and lovely to have a view of beautiful trees instead of highrises. Area clean and spectacular..room was wonderful modern sleek and spacious. Staff polite and so very helpful.

The lighting in the room was low. Unable to read while other person tried to sleep as the light didn't didn't stay laminated on one side. Also difficult to figure out how to operate lights bathroom needed more light around mirror for applying makeup. Other than the lights all was excellent

This hotel has everything. In walking distance from Sloan st made it ideal for a shopping trip. The rooms were amazing and all the staff were excellent.

Very attentive and friendly staff. Very helpful concierge staff especially Sabine. Liked the room and bathroom lighting.

Wifi should be complimentary. Curtain mover needed to be fixed and one of the windows didn't close properly, allowing cold air into the room.

nothing was said on checkin, to be told at checkout my the valet parking service was 45.00, when i thought it was complementary. this will put me off staying again.

Absolutely everything. This hotel delivers excellence in every area, from friendly doormen, who clearly take pride in the hotel as they explain the features of your room ... and greet you by name each time you return, to beautifully appointed rooms, a superbly cooked and presented meal if you choose to dine there, a cosy and inviting bar area and staff who just can't do enough for you. I would happily stay here again at twice the price!

Wi-Fi is in real bad shape and very complicated and frustrating. My recommendation is to add the charge to the room rate and provide a more sufficient wi-fi ssytem.

The Location of the hotel is very good few min. of Sloane street which gives quite time. the rooms are excellent with luxury facilities.

The location was the best part. The toilets were very clean yet small sizes.

The room sizes are disaster and if you need to stretch your body or your arms you will definitely hit something in the room and brake it! The light in the room was another disaster which may result in losing your vision!

I Liked the stuff they are helpfull and freindly and hotel location

I didnt like that Hotel managment charged my credit card without my permit and they charged me extra money when i reched the hotel for nothing, they are in miss and they dont respect clients trust, be carefull dont give them your credit card details

I checked-in at 10 am and my room was ready immediately. In most hotels one cannot check-in before 12 am.

Extremely poor and expensive WiFi network. The quality of the internet connection is unacceptable.
