The location was great.

It was not possible to get an invoice as the owners are not on the premises and in fact, it's a residential building. It was also too complicated to manage all the technical equipment in the apartment.

location! most of the great spots of london are within walking distance. reception staff are friendly. comfortable rooms. will definitely come back.

A contemporary apartment in an historical building in the heart of of theatre land and within walking distance of so much more. Very comfortable with a lot of thought given to the decor and layout and spotlessly clean.

Location is excellent Amenities, including for meal preparation and washing clothes, were very good. Staff were welcoming and helpful. Bed was very comfortable.

Shortage of space to hang full-length clothes It was very useful to be able to leave my bags after checking out (until travel to airport) but there didn't seem to be a secure space for this and bags were left by the main desk.

Brilliant location. The apartment was spotless luxurious and lots of nice touches ie free wi fi, complimentary bathroom products, large tv, all conveniences such as microwave fridge, oven and even a washing machine. All in a compact luxurious apartment

A bit of luxury without feeling that I was in a hotel room - enjoyed the sense of being "at homw"

Nothing really although we gound the lightin system etc. hard to work out initially (couldn't find half the switches!) Maybe a more general and user friendly introduction to all the technology and systems etc. would be good.

Location so near Covent Gardens , free and fast wifi, Washing machine in flat -silent and efficient -climate control in flat and to our surprise the flat was cleaned daily - with fresh towels and 24 hour security

Lack of information for guests on the apartment & location e.g. Where the closest grocery shop is etc. There was a menu for food delivery but no number to call to order. Other serviced apartments leave a welcome pack of milk, cereal etc and an information pack

Second visit to Apple Apartments within a month. Clean and modern. Fitted out to a high specification. Central location - walking distance to alot of London's sights. Yet very quiet rooms. Would highly recommend. Will surely book next visit to London.

Luxuriously appointed 1 bed apartment - quality throughout. Great to have washing machine. Excellent wifi. So close to everything in central London. Will hopefully return soon.

Location was outstanding, close to Waterloo, Leicester square, Covent garden and the west end. The apartment was very modern and clean. The concierge was very polite and helpful and looked after our bags before we travelled back

Not enough wow! For the money, other very nice hotels for a lot less money, the extra is not worth the freedom and privacy the apartment gives and the state of the art tablet controlled facilities didn't work properly. Was also very surprised that there was no sky tv in the apartment

Comfortable bed, good service, location, clean, quiet (excellent double glazing!), modern. Excellent wifi.

Central controls for air con, TV, and MP3 player too complicated, and sometimes didn't seem to work. No ability to signal to staff that we didn't want to be disturbed. Insufficient info on how the kitchen facilities worked.

The location was great - if you need to be in central London this is the place. It was quiet and the reception staff and concierge were excellent. Beautifully laid out and very modern.

There are a few things missing in the apartment, E.G., a shelf in the shower to put things on (the tv in there was great!), and a handle on the inside of the main door to open it. I had to ask five times over the course of the week to get an invoice as seemingly the owners are not on the premises. They also completely misquoted a transfer service from Heathrow, and failed to buy groceries for me as they offered to do.

Absolutely everything about our stay was amazing. From the lovely and accommodating concierge (Daniel) to the amazing view of the shard from the penthouse terrace. This apartment defintely had the wow factor for my partners 30th Birthday. Everything was sleek and modern yet still very comfortable. We now refer to this as our 2nd home after only 1 night! :-)

Black tea towel was new and fluff come off and covered all the crockery. On second day the cleaning maid took the sponge to wash up with from the kitchen so had to use paper towels to wash up.

The location was good

Bedding was marked. Bathroom floor was marked. Reported this but nothing was done. Apartment very small, not luxury just luxury gadgets. We left after 1 night as we were not happy. Reported to Apple via their website and no response so very disappointed as we have stayed at other locations with Apple.
