Lovely welcoming owners. Couldn't have asked for a nicer place to stay. The room was great and a fantastic location. Excellent breakfast and a real warm homely feeling throughout the hotel. - As a woman loan traveler I felt very reassured and safe, the hotel was clean and modern, the staff were friendly and helpful.

This is our second visit to Brigstock House and there is nothing not to like!! its situated on a really quiet road so no noise to disturb you and Simon the proprietor is very friendly. The breakfast is freshly cooked and there is also a three course dinner available. The rooms are spotless and well laid out, quite a few have a small separate seat

The proprietor was welcoming, helpful and professional. His staff were similarly polite and professional. The room was clean, tidy and welcoming and was thoroughly cleaned each day while I was out at conference. The cooked breakfasts were outstanding. A really nice, pleasant base for attending the Labour Party Conference at Venue Cymru. I hope to take my wife back in June for her birthday. I was able to park on the forecourt which was really helpful and saved me endless problems.

Ann and Steve were excellent and friendly hosts, always eager to help with advice. Breakfast was delicious every morning. The room was clean, light, simple and very comfortable. The guesthouse is situated only two-minutes walk from the promenade and only a five-minute walk from the start of many walks up the Great Orme.

It's hard to decide when you find an absolutely splendid Guest House, whether to share it with others or keep it to yourself. This applies without reservation to The Cliffbury. It cannot be faulted and although I'm risking my chances of finding a vacancy next time I book, it's a chance worth taking if other establishments are encouraged to up their game to this standard of cleanliness, comfort, cuisine (albeit just breakfast - I'm hoping an evening meal option could be added) and politeness.

This is our 3rd time staying at Burleigh House and everything was fantastic yet again.Julie and Steve are fantastic hosts who take time to chat to their guests and make them feel at home. The rooms are spotlessly clean and tastefully decorated. Breakfast is second to none and presented well. There is absolutely nothing but good things to say about

There were loads of great things about the stay, firstly Steve and Julie cannot do enough to help and make you fee welcome and comfortable. The location is great for gettiing to the orme, pier, or just the centre of time. The decorations within the house are modern and tasteful. We were in room 1, the 4 poster, which had a lovely little en-suite down some stairs. Would definately visit again.

debbie and steve were very helpful and friendly, bryn derwen was about a 5 min walk to all local attractions yet we were away from the noise of a busy town.the rooms were spotless and very comfy. -

Everything was clean and fresh, we had a lovely room, a bay window looking to the right you could see the sea. The bed was really comfy and the en-suite was a reasonable size. Steve did the breakfasts which were excellent, I wanted to take a photo but thought that would be a bit sad. Trish served it up and was so nice to speak to, they had no help
