Gorgeous apartment and the staff were extremely helpful. We weren't leaving Liverpool until 5:30 on the day that we checked out and we didn't have to check out until then as the apartment wasn't in use that night. If ever in Liverpool again,will defintately stay there again and would highly recommend it.

Had a 9th floor apartment with a fantastic view. The chaps on the reception were really busy as there were customers and the phones were busy but they were really good and still gave 100% service. The location is excellent and for the price I would definitely come back. No complaints at all from us.

  We were upgraded free of charge, the room was beautiful, the staff really helpful and pleaseant and we ordered room service. The food was lovely.   Stayed here for a long weekend, and it was just about a perfect hotel. Truly merits the stars. The room wasn't big, but it was more than comfortable. Super clean, super comfortable bed, and great linens, great bathroom and modern showers. WiFi access was good. But even better, the location was close enough to lots of great, laid-back places nearby that it didn't matter. I - Very close to station, Princes Dock, main shopping area and Albert's Dock. Rooms were lovely and bright and clean, the bed was extremely comfortable and the shower was nice and big! We didn't have breakfast or eat at MPW restaurant but did sample the cocktails in the bar! The staff were very accommodating, professional and friendly. I would go back.

  We made an overnight stop in Liverpool with our children, aged 10 and 7. The staff were helpful and friendly from the moment we checked in. We arrived early and although we couldn't have our room, parked in the car park and did some shopping, stopped for coffee and visited a couple of museums before heading back to the hotel. Whils - I liked the convenience of the hotel in relation to shopping and conference facilities I cant remember the name of one of the staff helping in the resturant he was tall and quite young, but should go far his attitude to his work and communication skills with those staying were excellent. The gentleman at the door was very friendly and had a chat with everyone coming in, nice touch with the red carpet. The bottled water and chocs left every day.

Nice and polite staff - we received wi-fi code and free city map automatically at check in. At check out we needed to catch a flight very early in the morning, they called us a private taxi which cost less than 14 pounds (better rate than standard taxi). Would definitely stay again.
