I was very impressed by the comfort and particularly the cleanliness. If there's 1 thing that can put me off it's scruffiness and lack of attention to that sort of detail re cleaning and there wasnt any instance of it. Your reception staff in Liverpool are all completely charming, friendly and really helpful. It was an absoloute pleasure to stay in such a welcoming place Thanks for putting us in the Penthouse Suite such a great pleasure to stay in such comfort in our Hometown!! all reviews » Serviced apartment with all home comforts. Immaculately clean, 2 doublebedrooms, 2 bathrooms. I was delighted - and it turned out to be about150 yds from where I had to be the following morning. Brilliant. It wasalso unbelievably good value. I was sad I was only there on night. All the reception staff were very friendly, courteous and helpful. We asked for a quiet room and we were upgraded to a very pleasant room with great views across the city. Good central location and easy to find and park.The discount price was so great! The apartment was very nice. The facilities were excellent, especially the kitchen was well equipped. Very clean and new. The toilet was very large.The staff were very helpful. Location was excellent. Car parking was very secure and was accessed easy via appartments. Value for money was superb for the type of appartment and the feeling of security during the stay was never doubted.Location - everything was in easy access. Everything, an absolutely fabulous place. THe welcome from the staff was excellent. It took a while to sort out the entry code at night but I managed to deal with that. The fire doors are noisy and bang every time they close. This is annoying when guest leave early or return late at night. No air-con so rooms can get very hot as the windows barely open. Take a fan!. No, we could not fault any aspect of the apartment or location. The only problem was it was difficult to find, but that was probably poor sense of direction!. Doors banged loudly, not a problem unless other guests come back later in the night than you! Also website said carpark was £12, directions email (i think) said £10. no everything was great.Bit of a pain checking in as there was nowhere to park up whilst registering and had any of teh Liverpool Parking Mafia been close then I would have been ticketed. Could do with a 15 minute drop off space outside. At the front of the building, the lower windows were blocked out which made finding the hotel hard and made it look 'unfinished'. The doors inside the apartment were very 'squeaky', therefore some lubrication of hinges would be ideal.The pillows.Lack of them. only very minor but lift could be a problem when the well mannered cleaning staff were busy. Doors made too much noise when closing. An information booklet would be useful with a guide to heating!. one particular receptionst. Can I suggest some hooks on the wall to hang outside coats. The doors in the appartment need oiling as everytime I walked through Itwoke my partner up. Other rooms must hear the same as we certainly did.
